In Ontario collection agencies can only call three times in a 7 day period. They know this. If they call you  more than that you can tell them that if they call again within the 7 day period from the first call then you will report them. They should back off.

Pay your bills, your an idiot!! Allied international Credit needs to be reported for its unethical practices, any threat of court, or threats in any way is absolutely illegal.

Anyone recieving these threats should get the collectors id number and report them to the Ministry of Business and Consumer fiance and no I'm not a professional debtor, people of all kinds run into financial issues, it doesn't make them low life's.

As a paralegal I would love to get one of these bas*%!*'* in a court of law,  lets get all these high and mighty a***oles in jail or better yet closed down. Allied International Credit routinely with managements blessing, breaks the law. This company needs to be shut down and the Branch Manager should be in jail!!!

Rogers certainly has not done itself any favours hiring this group of inept morons to collect their past due accounts, even if you make a payment arrangements you can be guaranteed more daily phone calls because they're idiots!! thins.

David Webb From Fidelis Management Group LLC at 855-294-0888 is now calling for G&A Legal Services in East Georgia. He is threatening arrest on my cell for a bounced check that does not exist and a fradulant credit card that does not exist. I have contacted local authorities numerous times about G&A, but these individuals do not have an established location where they can be reached. They keep changing their number, they threaten, and they use tactics that are unbelievable and illegal. I am frustated for I would like to know how to prosecute this group for the harassment and false allegations that they have been charging for the past 8 months. I would like to know what my options and avenues are in order to put this group injail and out of business.

Yesterday, I received a call from G & A Legal, spoke with a gentleman that mumbled, that forwarded me to a Atty in the office that was handling my account. (he also wanted to verify that I had been served by my local sheriff on check fraud charges)  Upon my discussion with Jeff, he advised me this was case of me receiving a payday loan in 2007, I knew "damn well" when I took the loan out I wasn't going to pay it!" that was his exact words to me!  I explained to him that I had been a victim of identity theft and laid off from the employer he said I worked for since 2009!  I explained all debts were in a chapter 7 bankruptcy, I didn't get a payday loan, contact my attorney. He told me my attorney was a scum bag, a money sucking Peter pig.  Bankrupt had no protection on check fraud, I advised him I needed more information in which he was unable to provide! I advised him I needed to verify info and would return his call. Before hanging up, he advised me to give him my bank account info or stop at a store to buy a prepaid visa. I returned his call today as I promised, told him my attorney said this claim was fraud and I have rights with the Fair Debt Collections, we lost it!  He told me he has already closed my case and the sheriff would arrest me in 24 hrs, nothing he said today matched the info he told me yesterday. Not even the payable amount.  I advised him my attorney was on the line and again he lost it. Where do these people get this information? How can they threaten you? Harrasss you and scare you into a panic?  Can't something be done? Class Action law suit?  Had this debt been mine, I would have paid it, had he given me verifiable information proving it was mine, I would have paid it. I guess I will wait and see if the sheriff shows up...

I received a call from this number and they identified themselves as a legal firm working for attorneys to collect a  debt and this man with a forceful deep voice named Dan Powers said if i didnt make payment that someone would be at my work to pick me up for check fraud.  Then I asked to speak to one of the attorneys and I got someone who was supposedly the office manager named Jeffery Anderson.  I told them I had a right to know what the company was and who the attorneys were..he said I had no rights because all the people they deal with are considered criminals..I have had numerous calls from other companies trying to collect the same debt..it is a debt I owe but how do i know that these companies are legitimately collecting so I can rectify this debt..How do I know that it wont show up down the road as being unpaid and I go over this nightmare again.

So glad that I stumbled on this site. Dan did the same exact thing to me, I requested documentation and they just gave me a statement. So I faxed another letter and a very snotty guy left a message about my childish tactics and they aren't a collection agency, with "good luck" at the end of the messages, all that I saved. I filed a complaint with Pam Bondi in Florida, started to google and the address is for a UPS Store that I have in Georgia.

If you google that address a Target store comes up.  The only other stores they have around them is Lowe's and Barnes and Nobles.  The rest of the units are vacant. I spoke with the attorney generals office today and yes this is a fradulent company.

I contacted the attorney general's office about this company today in Georgia.  They are fraudulent and no such company or legal services exist.  The address that they gave of 3645 Market Place Blvd East Point GA 30344 brings up a Target store.  They are finding your information on the internet and trying to scare you into paying.  They stated that my sister's debt was from an online loan in 2008 I believe.  But like the attorney general office stated, it doesn't take 4 or 5 years to find you to pay a debt and in this case as they were saying a bad check.  Also, payday loans are illegal in GA so why would the original creditors find someone in GA to act as their collection agency.  The company called and harrassed my family and now only to find out they truly don't exist.  These people are probably sitting home watching tv and trying to make it seem like are a legit company.  Also to "Paula", I had a legit payday loan with a company in Conway SC.  I became unable to pay.  I no longer have the account where I actually went in the store and wrote the check for the loan.  This was back in 2002.  I have yet to be arrested.  When I call the company about the debt, they haven't accessed all these fees onto the loan.  They just advised me to pay the $300 that is owed.  I wasn't threatned, haven't been summoned to court or served by the sheriff office.  So I take it you work for this company because you are the first person I know to get arrested for payday loans.  if that was the case the jails will be full and the court system would be backed up with these cases

my husbands ex-wife opened many accounts in his name without his knowledge.. he attempted to sue her but was told he could not as at the time they lived in the same house and had access to the same computer. When he recieves collection calls they always have his info but her email address. She arrived home before he did and got the mail...all bills in his she then hide from him... he did not discover this was going on until he left her and she stopped trying to hide the bills figuring they had his info not hers. So as you see it is not always because he or others fail to pay THEIR bills sometimes it is the result of identity fraud!

.

1.  Payday loan interest is illegal in all states inside the US.

2.  Payday loan companies outside of US have NO RIGHTS here as they don't pay taxes.  So they can't take you to court or prosecute you.

3.  Payday loans signed electronically are not upheld in Court as there has to be a physical signature presented in court.  This is why if you ask these jerk-offs for proof, they won't send it.

In other words...Payday loan collection agencies have no legal right to collect any money from you if you default. They will lose 100% of the time if they did take you to court. So if you are getting calls about Payday Loans, you have no legal right to pay them.  If you want too, it's your choice. But remember who was ripping you off with illegal interest during your desperate times.    And all of this data is from an attorney specializing in collection harrassement.  Good Luck comrades and stay strong!

I received the same type of call. I did previously take out a payday loan but paid it back with documentation to prove it. Even if you did miss a payment they will work with you to get it resolved.
I called a lawyer about all of this. I told them if this was a legitimate matter, I wanted strict documentation to prove it and it would be taken care of. All I got back from G & A was a lot of strong arm, extortion type tactics. I gotten calls from people with accents from India/Pakistan plus a load of marbles in their mouths, (unintelligble) We're waiting for their response to the letter my lawyer sent to them. I highly recommend if you have to access to Legal Shield through your Human Resources Dept., their assistance in invaluable for minimal payroll deduction for their service. I hope they fall in a burning pit.

I've received calls like this for the past year. They have a list out there somewhere in the eather floating around. I retained legal counsel for this. Fight for your rights. Even if you do owe them anything you still have rights. Don't let them push you around. There are people out there preying on ignorance and your purse. I'm tired and won't take anymore. I looked up their address and it's someone else's place of business "Cyquest Business." These are some very nasty people. If I wasn't who I am, I would curse them vehemently! I refuse to go there but to a lawyer. They continue to refuse to give me the address of whom they where retained by, they claim they won't talk to me. I took out a payday loan before and the company was willing to work with me and it was cleared up.
