Someone from this number calls and says its the "crime investigation department" And wants to talk to us...etc...some sort of scam.  We need to stop these harassing calls.

Got a call today Feb. 4,2014, at 10:57 AM from phone# 424-210-3580, San Pedro CA. The caller said he was from FBI and wanted to speak to me(he did not know my full name).He told his name as Mike Johnson.He had a heavy Indian accent. My daughter who answered the call told that the asked name was not available and that he should call later on. He demanded that he should be called back. On Google I found that it was a scam and did not call back. Be careful. Sometimes these calls
are charged at $20 each. I request Law Enforcement Agencies to put a stop to these harassing scams.

He has been calling people in the metro detroit area. Do not worry people. He is fake. He is not an officer. Just ignore the calls and dont give him any information. He has an indian accent. 424 210 3580 is the number he calls from... Yes he might have your name and last name but it shouldnt worry you.

This man just called me twice. He has an indian accent. He said he was an officer and he had my father and mothers name. At first i thought it was someone random calling for my father. When i said he is not home and you can call later in the evening he started getting angry and saying maam i cant call all the time. I an an officer with an open investigation and i need his cell phone number. I just hung up on him twice. Do not listen and hang up.

Just got a call from this number saying they were the FDIC. They said they had a warrant to arrest me and that I didn't pay federal tax. The man in the phone said two local officers were going to arrest me. He said I had 20 minutes to decide if I was going to pay or fight in court. And when I said this is not real he started threatening me and saying I was going to get arrested. Called local police who said it was 100% scam

Just another scam. Don't provide any information to them.

Call from this number for my wife came on 1/29/2014 at 2 PM.
Left a message to call back due to an urgent matter. Threats of arrest if not called back.

This number is calling me leaving messages saying there have being a reports and he is an officer in the crime investigations

Call from this number attended by my wife call said he is federal investigation officer saying your husband under investigation for IRS problem . War rent has been issued for his arrest. Very harassing phone call

It was on my answering machine 2 times one for me and other for my husband, said his name is officer Ron Davis from Federal CIA, call them immediately and we have 3 federal criminal cases against us and cannot disclose call immediately, same message for both of us I tried calling but no answer finally my husband called and got through he asked about the cases said there are 3 cases one with IRS , parking and some fraudulent  cks and he can pay them $1000++ give them his cell # and they will charge,  my husband asked them to give reference # and we will pay IRS directly and they hang up.  

I received a call from this number sayin I have three legal charges against me I never killed anyone or did any illegal transaction im just a law abiding person. this must be some kind of scam. be aware.

They called my home and made my wife very worry, They said police is going to arrest your husband and give his work phone number. Luckily my wife did not give them my number but ask their number, and they give this number to her.I called the number as soon as he start to speak I find him fake human being trying to be American and started to threatening me.
I ask him I will be happy to send him invitation to come to USA and we can have dialog face to face , we need here some body to send him to jail to be queen of the prison.
This kind of scam call cause to shake the nerve and heart of people and person who doing this deserve to be queen of the jail.Sorry I unleashed my language but I had to say something harsh to those kind of people.

Ignore 'em.  Anytime you get a cold call from a person with an Indian accent you can be sure it's probably a scam.  This sure is!

my parents got call from this number 424-210-3580, the guys left a voice message saying hes doing a federal investigation and  that my mom had some matter she needs to take care of. But the funny thing is we called right back and no one answered, and when I keep replying the voice message he couldn't even pronounce correctly , I told my mom not to talk to him if calls again and that I will find out more, becasue my gut was telling me this does not sound right. I mean a federal officer dosen't/wouldn't talk this way. And the fact that when we call back and no one answers, I mean it's not legitimate it shouldn't be this way.

Same message left for my house today-- Woman with indian accent threatening to arrest a family member for supposed crimes. This is outrageous, disrespectful, and a violation.

This scam artist called our practice and addressed the doctor as Mr. with his first name only. He didn't even have all the correct info. He wasted my time ranting and raving telling me he was "Shawn Marshal" from the Federal Investigation Department in Sacramento, CA. Would not provide any info to me and when I told him the doctor was away, he begged for his cell #. When I asked if his number was his office number, he said yes. While I was on the phone, I quickly googled his phone number and saw all these complaints. When I told him this was his cell, he hung up. I called back and said, "Google your number", A**hole. It's sad that losers have to resort to scams to attempt to make money.

I just got a call from "424-210-3580" . claiming to be Federal Agent Officer  " Ron Davis".
The guy With a deep Indian accent telling me, There is an arrest warrant against you for not paying Federal Taxes for the year 2011 in amount of 21 thousand and some dollars.
Since you have been good on paying all your taxes and no arrest records yet. we lifted up the warrant as long as right now you agree to pay just 2400. if not, we will proceed with the arrest warrant. if we arrest you then you have to pay the full amount.
I asked for the record of any kind, he is saying . We can't give you unless we collect right now or have you arrested.
I hanged up. the scary thing was that he knew more information about me than I usually expect

We just got phone call from someone with number #424-210-3580 act like he is a federal agent officer and said we owe $25.000- and will send police officer to arresting my husband.  So the best way is call local police station and tell this situation. They are scam artist .. so beware

Callers name was Don Lawson (he had an accent) and he told me that I am ready to be arrested for the IRS fraud. I was scared but I laughed and said I am a law abiding citizen and there is no way anyone will arrest me for the tax fraud. He said if you are denying this the officer will be at your door within 15 minutes and I should not resist and he hung up the phone. I am so glad that I Google to find out the real story. Fifteen minutes has passed by and I waiting for the officer with my door locked.

they called me today Jan 13 2014  and left a message that I am under several criminal investigation and I need to call them back immediately. the accent is Indian. phone number to call back was 424 210 3580 and the caller ID showed unassigned 1 347 342 1797. please report these to police, they are harassing us.

I just got a call from the same guy claiming the police were going to show up at my work.  I told him to go ahead and send the police! It is a scam to try to get your money.  Don't give Michael Davis any money!!!!

wish i knew how to stop these people from calling my work now they are using work number to call other places now

I just received a phone call to my job and then on my cell phone, the person had a very strong accent claiming to be an attorney and his name was Mark Hamilton, and he also had my checking account number and bank routing number. He said something about cash advance loan from a U.S. Cash Advance that I never made the payments on, but I have never had or used this particular bank for anything other than my mortgage. He left this phone number 424-210-3580 and said he is from the law group and the Sheriff will be arresting me. I don't know what they are talking about they even have my email address.
