I called back and it had a message about participating in public participation poll.
Could be legit, could be PUSH polling. PUSH POLLING is when they really don't want your opinion, they want to give you there's ... subtly.

Just tell them they have a wrong number and to take you off of their list, and THEN ask for their company info.. they will likely have hung up by now.
