Just got a call from this number stating I won a $1000 gift card to Best Buys.Surprising as I have not been in Best Buys for over a year now..scam for the holidays!

If you forward the text to 7726, they will be investigated and blocked by your cell phone carrier.

My message says it's from Best Buy.  I don't understand why phone calls are not traceable or scammers are not held responsible.

I got a message saying I had won $1000 gift card at Best Buy.

I knew as soon as i saw the text it was a scam so i looked up the number and ended up here. But i also researched the website it directed me to. It appears to force you to another site that dumps viruses on your computer. report for my conclusions was found here:

Recognized it as a scammer right away, punched the number into google and sure enough!

same thing happened to me, but it said that i had won a best buy gift card

It is a scam I just got a text from that number saying I won a $1000 best buy gift card. It told me to go to a Site and enter a code to claim it.

i just got same text saying ATTN: pa. target shopper, your entry won blah blah.. SCAM.. i dont shop there!

i received a text at 1:30 am saying I won a 1000 gift card if I go to their web site n type in a code I never shop at Target and never entered some contest for them to even have my number

I received this message on my cell phone, that I'd won a Target gift card worth $1000.  I knew it was a scam because I Never shop at Target to begin with, and these types of things have been around for a long time, but usually come in email, not on my cell phone.

I just got the same thing --  won a $1000 gift card from target -- go to website and enter code.

said i won a 1000 dollar gift card check with target on the web site on sweepstakes and the highest card that they giveaway is only 250 and that is the grand prize.

I believe from reading the info you have to sign up several offers from other companies to become eligible for the gift card. No thanks.

I too received a message from this number.  After doing some research, not into the website mind you, I'm convinced it is indeed a scam.

Same as Reno, Fake message saying i won a 1k gift card.

Fake Best Buy Reward contact. Reporting as bestbuyrwds and have won 1K gift card. Funny I have been in or shopped at a Best Buy in a year. No contest enter either.
