A woman called my fhone # from this # 424-354-4292,,SHE ASKED ME IF MY NAME WAS JESSICA,,,and the call came on the midlle of the night,,,,at sone as i sead yes and ho was asking ,she hanged up  realy fast,,,,,,,,very strange,,,,i also called back 2 times and no answer,,,,,,again i say , this call was very strange,,,,,,,,..

I Just received a call from this women. She was asking me if I want to learn English. I told her that I speak English and not to call me ever again.

Yesterday I revieved a call from a Kevin Patterson telling me I was beind sued for a loan from instant cash and I needed to be in court with my attorney at 11:00am. He really made me angry. There were many things he said that let me know he was lying. The phone number he have now I got during the summer and my references just got a phone as well. He told me this number and references were put on my loan application at the beginning of the year when I got the loan. I called my bank where he told me the funds were deposited and then call instant cash. The bank saw nothing deposited in the last year into my account only ftom my employer. Instant cash said I never recieved a loan. After calling Kevin back he said I needed to fly out to California from Texas so I could go to court and it would cost $9,000 and if I didnt show up to court I would face prison time. I got tired of him so I called and reported him to the Federal Trade Commission.

THIS WAS TOTALLY WORTH THE WAIT!! I have had a few run-ins with these dorks. I finally got sick of thier BS, so I decided to have a little fun. I called hadji back after he left a message on my cell stating that it was a time sensetive matter and that he wished me good luck. I stayed on the phone with this guy for almost a half an hour before he would give me the fax number. He thought I was faxing over a hand written statment saying that I would pay them $954.37 today, instead he got a hand written letter that said: SUCK ON THIS, GO F*UCK YOURSELF!!! it was totally worth the long phone conversation to be able to make them feel stupid!! thier fax number is 888-691-3164, I waited for him to come back from checking the fax machine, needless to say he was not pleased!! LMAOOOO!!!!!!!

Who are they?

I just received a  call from this number. The woman spoke spanish and claimed she was a social worker...she asked to talk to the owner of the cell phone. She asked for my name but i just asked again who did she want to speak to...I just hung up...pretty fishy call so i looked up the number and sure enough it was fraud.

These people actually started calling me about six months ago. I finally got tired of us cursing each other out on a daily basis so I decided to do something about it. Yesterday the calls started up again, so instead of getting upset right away, I decided to play along with Mr. Ruff Miller ( the name that I was given). I sat on the phone with this shmuck for about a half an hour and eventually got a fax number (888-691-3164. I was then told to send a hand written, noterized letter with all of my personal information including my social security number, credit card number. I put Mr. Miller on hold for about five minutes pretending to go get the letter noterized and then faxed it, the letter read: SUCK ON THIS!! GO F#CK YOURSELVES!! I then got back on the phone and asked ruff if he received my fax, he put me on hold to check the fax machine. He comes back on the phone and is obviously pissed off telling me that now they are going to have to take serious legal action against me and yadda yadda yadda.
My suggestion to anyone receiving calls from these a***oles is to use this fax number to harrass the hell out of them!

the same Hindu or Indian man with the heavy accent calls and harrasses me all the time. my family member once worked for collections and i was told by them that it is ILLEGAL for a collections agency to harrass and threaten you. he's threatened to have my pay check garnished, the FBI was coming to my place of employment to arrest me bc their was a warrant issued for my arrest, he tried it all. i do owe a payday loan but i refuse to pay with this agency. i told him that i have all of his information and told him that if he continues to harrass me that i would have his butt so far in legal litigation that his grandchildren are going to need lawyers. i even asked to speak to his supervisor. he comes back to the phone and disguises his voice as someone else and says that he is not the same person. no offense to anyone, but its extremely hard for someone of Indian or Hindu accent to disguise their voice. needless to say, i am reporting him to this company to the Attorney Generals office.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! My day started out with 15 phone calls from a number that was from MI, 810-676-161. That is all that came up on the screen. It was from a man that had a heavy accent, who stated I or my attorney of record need to contact him right away. He gave this number as a call back number 424-354-4292 and said to ask for Roger Davis. He threatened me at the end. When the next call came in, I answered and hung up immediately. This went on for about 10 more calls. Then all of a sudden, without my phone even ringing I got 5 voice mails. I have to wonder if they have hacked the cell phone company in order to do this. I know they are scam artists, I just hate that it costs people minutes, therefore money, on their cell phones. If the FBI is actually investigating this, please take note of this incident.

a man named dean jones called from 424 354 4292 and threaten my daughter saying she took out a payday loan back in march and that he wanted me to send him 100 and when I said I didnt have it he told me to sell one of my possessions and he would call back in twenty minutes. when he called back and I said I didnt have it and was not going to sell anything he said to me well now you really pissed me off so now it is 200.00 he said he was going to supeona my daughter and call her job call social security and unemployment and tell them not to let her work anywhere or not send her any money.this was the number he called from until I blocked him then he called from the 810676161 today and said that since we didnt pay the full amount of 745.53 that my daughter would face the legal consequences when I told him that I called my local police dept and reported him to the bbb and the ftc and the attorney general the calls stopped.

Called me today saying I have a lawsuit filed against me.

This is the second time he called about this.

The first time he called and was asking about my attorney.
I had my mom call him as my attroney and she said she was my mom and cursed her out.

Man with Middle Eastern Accent just called 3 times claiming to be Steven Parker with the usual threats of needing an attorney and contacting him immediately and if you don't "he can only tell you good luck with the arising situation." Won't give name of company and always calls from different numbers.

If you would like to have a little payback do what I did. I called back the gentleman that called me. I told him that I suggested he or his attorney contact me with a payment for their harrassment. Needless to say, he hung up. I then called back. I asked why he hung up. Why he did not want me calling him like he was calling harrassing all of us. He hung up again. The next three times I called he hung right up. Hmm, I guess they don't like it when the shoe is on the other foot. '

They called my phone 4 times today. I have decided that for every time they try to call me I will continue to call them. ***For the record, even a legitimate debt collector can not threaten you with arrest or otherwise and they can not harrass you. I have turned in a report to the Attorney General's reporting site for unfair collection practices before. They followed right up with the group and the calls stopped.

While this may be a fraudulent company and harder to follow up on, our repeative calling of them can be just enough to make them dump our batch of numbers, change their number and move on.

I did a quick look up on their number my hope is someone with some ability to help sees it and can put it to good use.

I failed to mention even after we paid them they called back to claim we owed them MORE money. That is the nerve these people have. They invent loans you did not take out and extort money out of people who clearly do not have money to begin with. Let's be honest if you have to take out a payday loan you are in need of every penny you have. These are predators who do not care about you, your bills, or your family. Tell them you are reporting them and then take your phone off the hook and do not fail to report them you must act.

Kevin Peterson is a name they use a lot though there is more than one person working as part of this scam operation. They claim you owe them money for payday loans and try to milk you for late fees they threaten to have you taken to jail, they claim people will show up at work and arrest you the next day unless people pay them that day. Tell them nothing, give them nothing. Say nothing other than that you are reporting them and hang up. They will likely call back. Report them to all possible entities of the government. Their company they often claim to be from is cash-connect though they often claim others as well. Many people think there was a data breach somewhere because they have a lot of personal information and often do call people who took out payday loans.

Do not be scammed we were and I am fighting to get my money back. Their phone numbers change all the time because they do not want to be caught and they are not accepting as of the last time I dealt with them mail just faxes and credit card information. No doubt to make it harder to pin them down.

The man called threatening me. He tried to get me to verify my personal information, but I would not, so he hung up on me. I called him back, and he would not give me any information about why he was calling, or what company he was calling from. I told him that if he did not tell me hwat this was about, I would call the police. He sarcastically said "go ahead & report me" and then he said "you will see tomorrow what this is all about." and hung up on me again. I tried the FCC, but they said that since there has been no fraud to report, since I do not know of any, that there was nothing they could do. I saved the original threatening voice message he left on my cell phone, and the number he left goes directly to him when I call, but he never says a business name, just tells me that his nameis Kevin Peterson, has a thick accent that is hard to understand, and just keeps saying that I will find out soon enough what the call is about, that I am being sued and should contact a lawyer. I have no idea what that would be about.
