Special Agent Pena and Special Agent Anthony Williams contacted me and told me they had a warrant for my arrest and U.S. Marshals would be knocking on my door within minutes.  They said I was part of a 10 year investigation into the pharmaceutical industry and they had proof I had bought Viagra online in 2006.  They said I would be extradited to the Dominican Republic if I did not send them $3,800.00 via western union within the hour.

I CALLED THE FBI AND DEA.  I WAS TOLD THIS IS A SCAM!! THIS SCUM BAG NEEDS TO GET A REAL JOB, INSTEAD OF TRYING TO HUSSLE HARD WORKING AMERICANS OUT OF $$. I HOPE THE REAL DEA AND/OR THE REAL SPECIAL AGENT PENA / SPECIAL AGENT ANTHONY WILLIAMS  GETS THEIR HANDS ON THIS CLOWN.

This is not your run-of-the-mill scam. These guys had a fake DEA switchboard with extensions for agents in the field.  They had done their homework.  They raddled off USC statutes they say I violated.  They threatened  to ruin my career and my family.  At one point when I said I was going to ask my wife something they told me that she would be indicted for conspiracy if I mentioned anything to her about the supposed "on going" investigation.

Prank Call
Received a prank call today from someone saying they are going to report me to FBI for calling a radio station. I don't even listen to the radio.

Got call on May 11, 2012 from "Special Agent Thomas Harrigan, FBI -- Federal Bureau of Investigation" (his words, as if I wouldn't understand 'FBI').  He said my name came up in an investigation and they needed to hear from me immediately.  The last time I got one of these, they had pulled my name from a years-old online pharmacy database.  The "investigator" told me an "order" was intercepted, and then a rather involved story about their workings with international agencies against these "offshore pharmacies" who are dealing in stolen or fake meds and trading them for weapons, etc.  Anyway, they were after these "big fish" and would help clear my "case" before it was redirected to jurisdiction wherever these overseas pharmacies were -- in which case I would have to travel there and answer charges (?)  They would 'take care of' the matter for me if I would wire $2,000 to pay the legal expenses or something like that.  Yes, a scam.  But, they had personal information that surprised me.  I can't remember all the details, but they had a network of other parties (agents, lawyers, etc.) who they referred me to call, and who had answers for many of my questions and objections.  I spoke to them for 2-3 days trying to figure out what exactly the "game" was.  When I stopped talking with them, they were relentless in calling another 2-3 weeks.  Now, evidently, they've picked it up again.  I didn't report it the last time, but I will this time.

Prank Call
I received a call from this Pena at 10:30 this morning and was told to call 1 877 650 6616 XT 2266. He left a message telling me that I was involved in a criminal investigation and needed to speak to me immediately. I hit redial and got a voicemail in a foreign voice stating" This is FBI, leave a message" Reminds me of a scam that surfaced a number of years ago that callers tell people to call them back at an 877 number and when they do they get socked by a huge charge on their phone bill.

A rude Spec Agent Javier Pina called.  FBI confirmed there is not such person with their agency.  He'll have you call back 877-650-6616, X 2266.  Don't fall for it!  Report it to FCC and State District Attorney!
