Same phone number, (855) 475-0257, called saying they are a firm called The Gold Group. The lady from the voicemail was Vivian and the man I spoke to was Allen David. They stated I had a fraud case pending against me and I needed to pay before further action was taken against me. Told him he was a fraud and to not call me again or I would take all the information I gathered including the voicemail to the police department. He got quite and I hung up. Also, there is another fraud that's going around from (800) 360-4319, they said their company name is NRA, both of these said the exact same thing about the EXACT same thing. Be careful.

It is a scam the FBI IS watching them. They say do not call them back. Stephen Morriss  has a different name quite often it is a scam ..

Calling my relatives saying they had a legal case against me.  If that were the case,

I eceived a call also from some stupid fool Steven Morris. He stated a pending claim has been filed against me and to call 8558476005. He also left a message saying he will come to my home are place of employment to serve papers. Ha!!! Whomever you pretending to be I hope burn in HELL. Folk this is a scam from someone with no life that's upsetting people. Please report the number something needs to be done.

I find that hard to believe.. one why are you randomly posting unless you are a shill fro these fraudsters? two.. you get certified mailing majority of the time now because the cost of sending a sherriffs out. three servers and sherrifffs will not call you and tell you they are coming.. shriffs especialy they will stop by your house and attempt to serve but no call.. servers might call to verify an address but they won't say" Hey are you going to be home to get a summons?"

not really true i filed bankruptcy and during the process i had sheriffs AND servers call me before serving me the documents when i was being taken to court for debts that i owed to banks and credit card companies... i wish they were fraudulent, but they weren't!! i tried to ignore them, but they called my cosigners and some relatives and they served me both at my home once and at work. embarrassing but true...goodluck!

Process servers (or deputies) NEVER call ahead of time. EVER! The guy's a fraud. Ignore him or block his calls.

Received call from a Christopher Collins stating he was going to serve me papers between 12-5.  Called number back and got a voicemail stating that they were not open.  I know it something amiss.  I don't owe anyone

A guy called looking for my sister said he is calling frm some office and had 2 claims in his office for me. I checked the number he called from and it was gold Carmine and  ceno said his name was Jeff Webster sounded drunk! What a joke I never took out loan think he is scammin me.

Received a call from gcc collections .They called looking for my brother and they said that they are going to serve him papers but they wouldn't tell me for what and that he had two outstanding claims.I called back and said that I received a call from Stephen Bradley ...there is no such person that supposedly works there...and i looklooked up the name and it comes up on the internet that that man by that name was a wrestler and that he died in 2008!!The number came up private this is the number that they said to call..855-847-6005!

I hope he brings his baseball bat so we can see which of us has the faster swing, and who's the better runner...spring training...you know ; )

I received 2 calls from a Robert Evans who left this number. He said he was calling for some name that sounded made up. He also said he would stop by tomorrow to serve me. The number he called is a land line I don't use so I can have DSL. I hope he comes by. Lov e to meet him.

I got a call, spoke to a guy, trying to sound very formal... told me he needed to serve me papers and wanted to know if I am available for that... I told him I am not, and I called the same 855-847-6005 number he told me to call, and it is "not accepting calls at this time"  What ever- I  do have apayday advance loan, but I called them and everything is okay.  Dont knwo who this company is or how they got my number...

They call my sister's house looking for me and said that they are going to serving me papers. I called the 855 847 6005 number they left for me.  And the line is busy.  I don't have any out stand loan's nor account that I owe money on...

Say they are from GCC collections trying to collect payday loan that I never received. Also callin various family members saying they are going to serve me with papers.

I got that same call and she said the same thing. They refuse to give m e any information of this payday loan lender. Just an account number.

e. They said I'm getting charged for wrting a bad chck, and fraud. They said I took out a pay day loan on the Internet and closed my bank account. I never took out a loan much less have a checking account!!

Came through as a "private" number which I never answer. Left message as a "courtsey" that they were coming to serve me with some claim. Didn't say from where or what company, just left a call back number!
