The same woman I can barely understand has called almost 10 times in one day, on my cell phone! She begs me to fill out some survey about my internet use, and keeps calling if I hang up on her. I've asked her to stop calling but of course it continues...so annoying

I keep getting the same call on my cell sometimes 3 or 4 times a day.  I can't understand a word she is saying.  I answered her the first time about my internet and since I have told her I already got the call numerous times and not to call anymore, but of course it continues. This is very annoying and I need it to STOP.

I received my first call yesterday.  Could not understand her.  Hung up.  At this point I cannot believe the "do not call" list even exists.
