Getting text messages to "Call Back" to this number: 425-320-5283

I received more than one call from the above number. I am on the Do not call list. Who is this and why do they keep calling?

They keep calling.

These clowns at 425-320-5283 have called three times so far today saying I have won some medical thing. When I press 1 to get a live person they hang up on me once I tell them to stop calling me. I am thinking if I can have the patience, that next time once I get a live person to talk with, I will try to stretch the conversation as long as possible by playing dumb, asking them to repeat things, and so on. It is not right that I am getting telemarketing robot calls when I am on the do not call list. Do they even enforce this? Why is this still happening?

Another recorded call about receiving the crappy free medical alert. It was a recording.
Sometimes they just hang up. I answered as I thought I would get a live person, but no
just the recording. This is the 4th call today using different names and numbers.
Funny and annoying.

In recent years, some telemarketers have used technology to bombard consumers with hundreds of millions of prerecorded calls that are often unwanted and frequently deceptive. On September 1, 2009, new FTC rules went into effect prohibiting most prerecorded telemarketing calls, commonly known as robocalls, unless the telemarketer has the consumer?s prior written authorization to transmit such calls

First call today. Number noted to forward to DA. It is illegal to make recorded telemarketing calls.

The do not call registry is a JOKE. What we REALLY need is a Constitutional Amendment BANNING telemarketing, with a penalty of DEATH for any offender.

I continue to receive this unwanted phone call. I don't answer, because I know it is a telemarketer. However, it is a nuisance because it causes me to stop what I am doing, and interrupts meals, etc.
I am on the Do Not Call registry, but these calls continue when they identify themselves. I just want it to stop.

Don't bet on their getting tired of it...............computers don't get tired. These people have been calling me for months.

Seems for the past month I receive phone calls daily notifying me I am to receive a free medical alert piece of doodoo. And to boot, the cost of delivery is also free. How lucky can I get?
In the past I would immediately hang up. Lately, I hear the complete message and I am asked to press "1" if I am interested. So, I press "1" and just lay the receiver on the counter. I come back 4 to 5 minutes later and place the receiver in the cradle. I just get the satisfaction that if someone wastes my time, I can waste theirs too. What does this accomplish?? I have no earthly idea!!
Perhaps after so many of these calls and no one on my end, they will place me in the "idiot box" and never call again.

Got a call from 425-320-5283, Phone ID name, EVERETT showed up. Just another call to add to the other 51 other calls that I have received since June of this year. I'm on the DNC list and I again called the DNC register and put my phone numbers in again.
It seems like a joke to do this but I'm a senior and it's like playing BINGO, you don't know what number is going to come next. Same advice to all, don't pick up if you don't know know the number...

Telemarketing call regarding security system/medical alert system. Push 1 for more info or 5 to be removed from list. Good luck! They call constantly. Never leave a message of course.

corded call about winning a free medical alert system for senior citizens.
Then press one to talk to a representative. This is the fifth illegal telemarketer call that I received at home from different scammers. Regardless of the lack of enforcement by the FTC, I still file a complaint with them. Please do the same. Let's overweld them with our complaints.

Caller ID shows number to be Senior Living. I did not answer and no message was left on my answering machine. I get several similar calls each day and like the rest of you, find it to be very annoying.
| Cherrye 2013-08-14 17:20:02 Unknown |
I received a call this morning and I did not answer it because it showed up as Senior Living so I just let my answering machine answer it. They just hung up. I have been getting a lot of these call per day how for over a month. and I am on the Do Not Call List. But that some how doesn't do anything to stop these people to be able to still call us. Is there any way we can put stop too it?
| KMK 2013-08-12 15:40:31 Unknown |
Second time in three days, call and no message. Annoying. I am also on the Do Not Call list.

Received another call from this number this morning! I don't answer because I don't recognize it. My phone is on the Do Not Call list, but that doesn't make any difference now. So many scams and sales are using a computerized program, where they record a message, and through technology, set up a computer program to make the calls. The computer begins with a number, and continues to place calls by adding 1 digit to the original number until it is either disconnected/cancelled by the person hired for the calls, or it runs out of numbers!! I have a friend that makes $$ doing this from his home computer. It doesn't count if the call is not answered, but if it is answered & returned, that is recorded and he gets $1 a call (I think that's what he said) and doesn't do anything but push "send" on his computer program!!
