I receive calls from these people every week and have so for nearly a year....they use bogus names like Jimmy Cliff, Justin Floyd, Ray McKenzie they all say they are coming to take me into custody....I haven't even had a court case....no information regarding the issue....it was scary at first but now I ask them where they filed the case and tell them I will call my District Attorney.....they hang up but still call again....

Yep, same thing here. A Michael Wright is calling and left phone number (646) 810-8676. Just Googled that number and it has the exact same complaints as on here.

This foreign man with a heavy accent left a message on my cel stating his name was Michael Wright. He said he was a debt collector and needed to return the call as soon as possible or something with happen to me because of my debt.

i received a call from this number an with a guy named stanley steamer saying that i have not paid loan back he said that he was from type of legal firm could hardly tell what he was saying i hung up an he called back seconds later and left a very very belligerent voicemail sayin i was being charged with fraud and some other stuff so i called the number back i asked for the guy i was enraged but i got good ol david parker he verified my info even had my social home address but some bs electrical company   i played along an sating which i owed 867.00 i have locked my account locked my card the  whole nine an called my creditors oh i told the guy to call me back tuesday when he decides to take the money out if my account

I AM GETTING THE SAME CALLS SOUND LIKE THE SAME GUY TELLING ME HE WILL SEND THE POLICE TO MY WORK AND MY MANAGER AND I WILL BE ARRESTED. I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK AND IT'S NOT A WORKING NUMBER. HE IS VERY LOUD AND MAD WENT YOU TALK AND HANGS UP,BUT WILL CALL THE NEXT DAY WITH THE SAME MESSAGE. HE USED TO DIFFERENT NAME

Got this call and decided to check to see who it was from and found this page of others that got the same call.  Heavy accented guy told me to call him to discuss a law suit and that I had to appear in court tomorrow for and if I didnt call him he would send a unit of police officers out to my place of work (I dont) and handcuff me and take me physically out of the building.  He is threating me with physical harm, right?  I have the message of my phone since I didnt answer it.

i also received a call from this number stating me my employer and some one else will be brought up on charges, i could tell he wasnt american so i told him go ahead n do he hung up, and called back 30 secondslater with the same b.s.

lmao i kept getting call from them so then i answered they said they were some fruad security thing and i did know the person they were looking for so i keept calling back probably called them for 18 hours straight i got some one to answer a few time and just started asking them crazy a** questions how many people work there i asked for managers and names of every one there told them i have a lawsuit being filed and currently being investigated about them so i set up my phone to auto redi every time the call was dissconnected and i put it in the charger and let it go all freaking night by the morning when i got a hold of the next person lmao he just kept saying sir i promise you you wont get any more calls i asked him questions he just kept saying you wont be getting any more callls sir lol what a scam tonight i have three extra phone and tons of free min left on them ima have all 4 phones calling them constantly for the next week then ima try to get a large group of people together and have them call there phones as much as possible lol i hate people who try to scam but then agian its fun to mess with the people who try to scam its a fun game to try to make them irritated

recieved a call from these foreign B*****ds yesterday here at work . When i saw the number pop up on the  caller id , i googled the number and saw that it was a scam , immediatley i answered and said i know this is a scam so leave me alone. then the lady shouts YOU WILL LOSE YOUR JOB, i said good bye  and hung up .. she called back and  wanted to speak to my manager .. i said ok ..so if im gonna lose my job why would i get up from my desk to go and get my manager to speak to you .. does that make any since .. then she yells Do you speak english or no (how ironic cause she could barely talk with her HEAVY foreign accent) so i said do not call my phone agian.. she says you will lose your job ..because i will call you all day .. and geuss what for a whole half an hour she called back to back to back until i pulled the cord out the phone . When i got in my car  to access my cell phone i called them back and a man answered the phone soooo upset with me and said you are an animal i only speak with human beings.. well ya know what i did .. i played there game, after he hung up on me i called him over and over and over again pretending i was my own lawyer ... after 20 minutes i had my call and thats when they changed their company name lol.. HILARIOUS !!

I have encountered these guys before. I called my local police department from the area of my work, they sent out an office and I filled out a report. I advised my supervisor so he was aware since this imposter was saying he was going to notify him anyway. I advised the caller that the police had been notified already and if he was who he says he was them come on and get me, even provided him my address and advised him I will be waiting from him!! " Office Scott". This is a total SCAM so please anyone reading this do not let them scare you into believing your being sued, or going to jail, or even that your job is in on the line. Call the Police and call it a day!

I am usually the person that answers the phone at my place of work for me and about 15 other employees. I have had two phone calls from this man for two different employees and he said the same thing each time he called; that they had lawsuits filed against them and if they don't call him back, they and their managers would be in trouble. He pressed me for information about one employee (phone number, address) and got very upset when I refused to give him the information. The two employees that he has called about do have a history of check advances and payday loans. I don't know how he is getting their names and work numbers. He's a sneaky character.

a man with an indian accent keeps calling from this number saying he is David Parker, an attorney with David Harrison legal services.  They claim I need to pay $693 dollars to avoid being arrested and having to go to court.  They also claim my employer will be notified and have to go to court as well and I will most likely lose my job.  I talked to my bak, the federal trade commission and my state attorney general's office.  They encouraged me to close my bank account and were sure it was a major scam.  There are also conversations about this same company using different numbers from California on this site.  I will find and post those numbers as well.

He has called me 8 times today and I refuse to answer at work. But this time he told me that he is going to send an officer to get me and my supervisor. LOL, this is just nuts! So I will be calling back later to tell Mr. Michael wright that I am turning him into homeland security. They are not aloud to impersonate an attorney or a police officer. Even though I have no idea how to turn them in, I am still saying it. If they can threaten me, I might as well return the favor. I am so tired of this crap!

I also am getting these calls at all hours and at work all day. I barely can understand this man, I did get his name(s) 1,Michael Wright 2, Officer Tony Scott. He said that there was a law suite filed against me/ against my SS# I do not owe anything to any one and I don't know how they got the information they have. I also have called this person and he will not tell me anything about what is "owed" or "where" it is owed. This person told me to get a money order for $578.88,a copy of my SS# and My Drivers licence and send it to this BS address or I will be arressted if payment is not received by tomarrow.I am so sick of these people calling and harrassing me,I was going to block the # but it is not always the same #. How can we stop the calls? It's total BS...

I keep getting these harrassing phone calls from someone foreign who claimes to be named Michael wright. This is bogus because I do not owe any payday loans. I am assuming that they got my information from a loan that I did have and paid. I am tired of being bothered by these idiots!!! They threatened to call my job and have me fired on my voicemail. Total frauds!

This number calls me and says they have legal papers for unpaid payday loans and will be taking me to ocurt for 1) Violation of federal banking laws, 2) Collateral Check Fraud and 3)Check by deception.  They said the name of the company is David Harrison Legal Serivces which does not come up in web searches.  They said they will take me to court and notify my employer that they have to appear in court as well so I will lose my job.  Has anyone had experience with this?  I do not actually have calleer ID at work so I am posting this under the number they gave me as a contact number.
