We get calls from this number EVERY DAY, at least twice a day.  If we answer, there is no response.  I am so surprised to find the number on here and to see that others are experiencing the same thing!

Calls me up to answer questions about a smoke pollution survey.
When I asked how they got my phone number, they hung up.
Person on the other end, needs to take some English enunciation courses.
Really difficult to understand.

Number calls several times a day, doesn't leave any message.
