These calls just go on and on.  Have called a Lawyer and am attempting to get to the root of this business.  IMR does not mail the required materials.  My lawyer says that because there is no debt.  We have spoken to the banks these troglodites say they represent.  The bank claims my account is in good standing.  We have reported them to the BBB, the FTC, the States Attorney General and the Bank they Supposedly represent.  All are investigating to see what legal action can be taken.  The owner of this company has a criminal record and apparently is being investigated for fraud/
if you receive one of these calls call the police immediately.  Record the call. Submitt everything to your States Attorney General.

I have just received a call from this person (Dave Carter) on my cellphone, home phone and just found out that my mother has also received a phone call stating an emergent court matter and that my property will be confiscated. To my knowledge I have no civil matters pending. i have no clue as to how they have received my mom's# but am really pissed that they have called in a threatening manner. The man says he is from IMR 425-776-5092

I just received a phone call from IMR and was referred to Mike Morris for a "PendingCourt Case." They said they wanted to help resolve it, and help the situation to help me avoid the cost and embarrassment.  They referenced "George Waite"  George Waite has been dead for over 4 years.  When I pressed for verification of their facts, they hung up.  They called from 425 409 5123.

I went through the same things as reported above. They used the name IMR. The caller was claiming to be named Dave Carter. I also spoke with someone claiming to be Mike Morris and Dave Carter's manager. They had a 20 year outdated address and threatened to arrest and come over and take my belongings. They both absolutely refused to provide any address and just stated I can pay them over the phone. They called from 425-670-8405 and stated their number is 425-776-5092 and their fax number is 425-409-5088.

Since these people continue to call my relatives and break the law,  I reported them to the snohomish county sherrif's  department's tip line at 425-388-3845 . I reported them  for threatening lawsuits that did not exist, Attempting to collect a debt in a state where they are not licenced, Making arrest threats, and violating the Fair credit  collections act.

I reported the person that made the call and told them Randall Goins appeared to be the owner of the company. I also reported their  company address as  21905 64th ave west  suite 200, Mountainlake terrace, Washington.

If you are  getting harassing calle, please call them and let them know. You can remain anonomous

Someone Named  Mr Shawn  Mack called a relatives house abour an "important" legal case matter and rattled off a case #. He also  stated "I" could be arrested. When my father told them I havent lived there in almost 10 years he told him "well you better find him". We searched  the local court records last night and found nothing. This morning I called  the courthouse and they had nothing.  After finding out that info  I called the county sheriff's office  non emergency number where I lived  (as suggested by the earlier posts ) and reported the incident. I also asked them to contact the police in the area from where the call originated.  I was told that they had received several calles over the last few weeks regarding this company. It was suggested that I call the police in Washington and file an incident report with the sherrif there. Later today Ill call the States attorney general in Washington and the sherriff in that area. I already filed a report online with the federal trade commission.

If all of you that receive calls from these people do the same thing we have done, these people will be gone before you know it.

They Called here threatening to arrest me today. So I called my local police.


If they Call you please call your Police departments NON Emergency # and report the name of the person that called you and tell them Randell Goines is the  owner. Hopefully, your local police should then contact the police in Washington and  take care of them for making threatening phone calls.

I would also recommend that you also contact your local television News media and let them get involved. This should lead to the end of this guy once and for all.
