Got phone call from weird number +91506 and they left a threatning voice mail and call back number 4259065028. This is scam, ive been getting calls like that for around 6 mnths now!!!! They trying to scare people to get money. Nobody will arrest you if you owe money. They dont want to give any info just want money. I ignore them, one time my friend yelled at them and they hung up. Im reporting them to the police!!!!!!!!

Hmm, Aaron Williams, that is the name left on my voice mail today. I, also, received a call from this unusual number, +91506, demanding that I call back immediately to (425) 906-5028. Mr. Williams of American Legal Processing Division, please be advised, I have already paid my loans. Now I will be reporting your unethical post here along with the illegal phone solitiation to the Better Business Bureau.

I have been receiving these calls for several months. I have been threatened with legal action up to arrest. It is just recently the caller has been referencin a loan that has not been been paid. I understand these scammers have hacked into the systems of Cash Advance and CashNet. That being the case I understand how they have the information about me that they do. i been getting this caller as well  saying i owe loans and they are threating me to take me to court and serve me with papers come friday who ever you are i paid my loans and this is not right iam also going to file action against you for harrising me watch out for these number 4259065189

They just called my work and left a message with co-worker that lawsuit had been filed which right there is going against the fair credit protection act. They can't give out that info. So, I called them back and got the woman and she tried to say something about a loan, fraud, arrest, probation. Couldn't quite understand her. Told her would call bbb and hung up. You can't be arrested in the U.S. because you owe a debt. Had similar calls about a month or so ago. Been going on for about 8 months now.

Got a call from 425-906-5028. Told me that I have outstanding charge of #345 for interest fee of a loan which I had about 6 months ago. The person's name was Michelle Abraham (female) and threatened me to pay back or be called to the court. I was so scared that I gave her my address and my cell phone number but I stopped when I just about to give her my card number. Thanks god I saw this page first before I went any further.

This scammer will first ask if you were briefed about this investigation and will ask you to send fax to her if you agree to pay the amount you are required to pay. She even found me nearest store with fax so I can use it.

After the conversation with this scammer, I contacted my loan place which I paid the full amount before, and was assured that I have no such thing under my account. I'm contacting my bank to see if such incidents happened before but I'm pretty much safe now. I'm going to report this scker to FTC, BBB, and local police each time they call me. If you read this, please do so future victims!

This scammer is going to call me back tomorrow. I'm so waiting for that moment.

no ive investigated and i came to know that this isnt a scam n moreover my brother was picked up by their officers fro not paying the amount back... i suggest pay the money and live peacefully..............

some of the many names they like to use are Chris Williams, Nicolas Flores, Justine Williams, Shawn Richards, they use lot of the same AMERICAN/ENGLISH names and last names like Smith, Williams and etc.

IT IS DEFINATELY A SCAM!!! I have had several calls, several different names and phone #'s, all with thick indian/aribic accents, male and female. Threatening I will be arrested. I called FBI she said it was definately FRAUD. You need to change you phone # and put fraud alert with the credit reporting companies. They have my full sss# and other info. I called them back and asked the info FBI suggests you ask before speaking any farther with these SCAMMERS, he starting cussing at me and telling me I would be arrested tomorrow afternoon. It is real hilarious that I never received any mail from them probably because they are IDIOTS who can not read or write proper ENGLISH. He would not give me any of the info such as the company he is with or address or business license #. I said "so you are a scammer and fraud" and he started yelling and cussing at me and hung up. What a MAN! LOL.

I have been receiving calls from this number 425-906-5028.  No American, sounds like India, calling and yelling in the phone saying I am going to jail for fraud.  He called my work today and said I would be in jail in 3 hours.  I am concerned that he knows this much info.  I can not understand what he is saying enough to get out the company he is with but all the other complaints sound just like mine.  If he was a cop or law enforcement he wouldn't scream into the phone like that... I would hope that our government would be a little more caring then that... I need to know what to do...

A guy who said his name was Chip left a 'warning' to someone we know on our phone last night that she would be in trouble if she or her lawyer didn't get in tough immediately.  I googled the numbed this morning to realize it is a scam.  They have called her cell phone today and asked for her S.S. number.

Still calling and leaving threats to serve papers at my job or home! The other number is 877-689-5134. Says her name is Debra Cox.

I just heard my messages and received a call from the number 425-906-5028 and it was a "Tracy Black" but with an accent. And left me a message exactly what was told to Nancy and Angel. To either me or my attorney call them back. I googled the number and was glad to see these postings saying they are all scams. How do they get our information. Hopefully they get caught.

I got the same type of call from the same indian speaking person named Bob McKai. He said that he was with American Processing that my SS# is coming up that a law suite will be filed even gave me a case number. When I researched the case number with the local authorities the number didn't exist. Also told me that I was going to be arrested if I didn't cooperate.

Just got a call from someone name carter morris when I call back I heard a lot of noise in the back ground and then I said hello and a lady answered and I ask for the name and address of the company she wantto know what for and told me she could not tell me that then she hung up on me

Got the same call yesturday. They stated I had a pending lawsuit and wished me good luck if I didnt call them back. Also stated that  if I didnt follow through there would be legal consequences or possible imprisonment. I was so sooo upset. Could not even begin to think who I would owe money to that would be over 5k to be imprisoned. I'm so happy, weirdly enough that this is a scam. Probably change phone number to stop the crap, kids picked up message and was upset too. They thought I was in big trouble. Good teaching lesson.

i received a phone call from a man calling himself Alan Williams. he is an indian man with a thick indian accent.  he says he is calling from American Legal Processing Division. when i looked the phone number up on the internet, it states that it is located in Maple Valley, WA.  However, i cannot locate the company name on the internet.  he states that i owe money to a pay day  loan company and that if i dont pay him, i will be arrested and charged with fraud.  he says that he has all my information, and signed documents, stating that i owe this money.  this sounds like the same man that keeps calling me from different phone numbers with the same story.  i do not owe any loans and have never taken out a pay day loan. i advised him that i have reported him to my local law enforcement agency, the FCC and the phone company.  he started screaming at me that this was not a fraudulant call and i could not understand anything after that.

OMG, these people keep calling me too. keep saying that there is a law suit pending and that in order to avoid it I need to give them my debit card number and pay $900.00.  The scary thing is that they are pretending to be a creditor that I am already working with.

I got a call today from a partial phone code 91506 this morning.  I didn't answer the call because I didn't recognize the number.  I continue to go about my business and a few minutes later my voicemail alert goes off, so reluctantly, I check the message.  I find a message left by a man stating his name is "Ricky James" (however caller has a very heavy Indian accent) and demanded that I call him back immediately at 425-906-5028.  He says I am the primary suspect in a legal matter that was on his desk and would be sent to the "courthouse" in the morning.  He then went on to state that if I did not take this call seriously, that he wishes me luck in the precedings that are about to fall upon me, then he states for me to have a blessed day.

I was so scared when I got the message, becasue I don't owe anyone any money.  So, I call the number he left on the voicemail 425-906-5028.  An Indian woman answers with an American name of Susan Matthews.  I ask what the voicemail was in regards to and she states it is for a loan that I never repaid.  At this point, I start getting a little suspicious as I dont' have any loans out that I haven't either paid off in full or am not currently paying on, so I ask for further information.  As my phone number was recently changed 2 weeks ago, I ask how she got my contact information and she states that my creditor gave them the information.  At that point, I ask when the origianl account date of the loan was, she states March of 2008.  At this point I am beyond skeptical and know that something is just not right, so I tell her, I never had a loan and that I think she has the incorrect information.  When I ask for the creditors name, address and phone number, she states that it is a loan company in PA.  I reside in CA.  I tell her that I would like the information so that I can contact them and my financial institution so that I can file a fraudulant case file on this account......the line becomes quiet, hey, I've been hung-up on.

I immediately enter the phone number 425-906-5028 into google search and walla, up comes this site, with all of these blogs and posts about this being a scam.  Same names, same phone numbers, SAME SCRIPTS!  I couldn't believe it.  So, I plan to call the Attorney General's office at lunch time.  

Lunch time comes, I leave the office and go to the Indian restaurant for some chicken curry (not even seeing the irony of it until NOW...) and low and behold, I get yet another call from the 91506 number.....I think fast and answer it.  This was about to become the highlight of my day....  The SAME man that left the message on my phone has called me back, and NOW I get to talk to him.  

Here is how the dialogue goes down:

Indian man:  "this call is for the intent of (he uses my first name only, but lets use Jenny for sake of my privacy), Jenny, [pauses] is this Ms. Jenny that I am speaking to?"  

Me:  "yes, this is Jenny!  Who am I speaking with?"

Indian man:  "Jenny, my name is Ricky James and I have a very urgent matter about a loan  that you did not pay back.  Your creditor has turned this over to us and it has been set up to be turned into the courthouse tomorrow.  Ma'am, would you like to clear this matter up with us today to keep your account from going to the courthouse?"

Me:  "Of course I would like to get this matter cleared up, what do I need to do?" (I try to sound paniced)

Indian man:  "Jenny, you can pay this account with a credit card that has Visa or Mastercard on it, but first I would need to place you on hold so that I can get authorization from my senior account manager.  I need to make sure that we can still make a deal with you due to the age of this account, will you hold for one moment please while I talk to my senior account manager?"  (I assume this is where they think the unknowing consumer is starting to sweat bullets wondering which account they forgot to pay back)

Indian man comes back on the line,

Indian man:  "Jenny you are in luck, I pleaded with my senior account manager and he said we could go ahead and settle this with you right now and it will keep your file from going to the courthouse tomorrow morning."   By this time I am trying sooooo hard not to laugh and call him every profanity in the book.

Me:  "Mr. James, before I pay this, I want to make sure this is really my debt, can you confirm the personal information that you have in my file on this matter?"

Indian man:  "Jenny be assured that this is YOUR file and I would hate to see you have to pay more then what you owe, right now the amount you would need to pay is One thousand Ninety US dollars and point one oh cents of a dollar."  (YES!  That is exactly how he said it, word-for-word!  lol)

Me:  "do you mean I owe, One thousand ninty dollars and ten cents?"

Indiand man:  "Yes, Jenny, that is what I mean, now let me remind you that if you do not pay this amount today, the courthouse will make you may up to ten thousand US dollars and put you into prison for 8-10 months.  I know you do not want that, correct Jenny, so at this time all you need to do is answer YES or NO to this question!"  (wow, he seems a little warm under the collar at this point)

me:  "Oh I definatly do NOT want that!"  (I start kind of whining and sounding like I am about to cry...), "I can't go to prison.  Mr. James are you sure this is my account?  Are you sure this account belongs to Jenny White, because I don't remeber taking this out loan...!"

Indian man:  "yes Ms. Jenny White, of course I am sure that this is YOUR account, now what is your credit card information so that I can take care of this for you?"  (he sounds almost too determined!!!)

ah hah!  Now did you think I REALLY used my real last name when asking if he was sure this was MY account????  Silly rabbits, of course I didn't, now even close!

Me:  (totally calm, no longer crying....)  "Oh, well then Mr. James, I guess you better go find Jenny White and let her know that her account is getting turned over to the "courthouse" because my last name is certainly not WHITE, further more I KNOW this is a scam and I am reporting you to the authorities you scammin a$$hole, do not call me back!"  

Indian man:  "this is not a..........."  I hang up!

I haven't had that much fun in a long time.  If anybody gets a call from someone telling you that you need to contact them immediatly at the phone number 425-906-5028, it is a SCAM, go ahead and have fun with them, but DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONL INFORMATION, no matter how legitimate it may sound, it is not!

I KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM 91506 LEAVING A VOICEMAIL TO CALL BACK 425-906-5028 WISHING ME LUCK. I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE. THEY SAY I OWE A CASH ADVANCE AND NEED TO TAKE CARE OF IT. I OWE NO CASH ADVANCE. THE NAME OF THE CALLER IS JEFF CORWAN INDIAN ACCENT!!! STOP CALLING ME!!!

They called me looking for a man named kenneth and said that the issue at hand was very time sensitive....clearly it isnt because they have been calling me for 5 months now and no matter how many ways i tell them that i am not kenneth, they keep calling.
