This person or people keep calling elderly people who are ill and have medical equipment attached to the phone line.  This person or people call all sorts of hours, such as 12:30 a.m., 4:30 a.m. etc.  This elderly people can not get the rest they need and the phone calls are annoying them.  I wish their is something that can be done to help my elderly parents. when the the phone is answered there is a slient sound and when a few seconds go by it sound as if someone is pushing the keypads

This person or people keep calling elderly people who are ill and have medical equipment attached to the phone line.  This person or people call all sorts of hours, such as 12:30 a.m., 4:30 a.m. etc.  This elderly people can not get the rest they need and the phone calls are annoying them.  I wish their is something that can be done to help my elderly parents.  When the phone is answered they do not say a thing and fews later it hear a sound like if someone puching the keypads.
