I too have received this call! He calls himself Brett Lee and says he works for the Federal Crime Bureau Investigation. He says I have received funds deposited into my bank account, for which I have no clue what he is talking about. He has also called family members. He is very rude and obnoxious!!:( I have asked him to please send me some paperwork as to whom it is that has sent me this money and I would gladly have my local law enforcement trace it down. He stopped calling for a while. I have tried calling the number he leaves for me to call several times and keep getting a recording that all circuits are busy.
When I asked him to identify himself by his badge number and give me his supervisors name he hangs up. He is a total jerk and I really think he is trying to get my bank account information. He says it is on my social security number and I have checked my credit reports to find out he is a toal LIAR!!
I just want to really get to find out who he is and what he wants but he is a coward and will not reveal information about himself ( he is definitely of a foreign accent or does one great impersonation), I want information so that I can report him to the legal authorities for investigation.

A man named Brandon Smith called and said that we owe money from a internet payday loan. Which we do not and said the cops were going to come and arrest me if i didn't pay it. we then came and searched on google and found all this info. We are turning over to local authorities. some one has to stop them.

I received a call from my job saying that this number had called them and that I needed to contact them immediately, so I did and this man tells me that he is from a financial crimes unit and says that I am about to be sued from a loan company (that I have never heard of.) He was a complete a hole that wouldn't allow me to get a question out (I had to practically yell over him) He wanted me to fax all my information and a payment of 450 from my credit card to avoid going to court. I am so glad I looked this number up. I reported this number to my job and is now being investigated.
