I received the same robotic call about the diabetic medical alert and when I called back to have them remove me from calling list all I got was a message machine prompting me to leave a message. When my Verizon landline bill came this month I noticed a long distance charge of .70 cent from the 1-434-533-4061 number. The number is no longer in service so they are using new numbers of course.

Same as above.  I don't even try to complain, I just block the numbers.  What can you do?

Never leaves a message. Dials twice inside of three minutes.

This is the Senior Alert scammer.  They call on many numbers.  I just blocked them on this one and earlier on 703-539-6016, 540-904-1072, and 703-586-6911.

Under the 703-539-6016 number someone filed on 800notes.com the following good info.  If you can think of anything horrible to do to them, let us know.  Probably least useful--try filing a Do Not Call complaint against this company with the info below in your complaint comments:

Received another call---"for senior citizens".  they have a plan. At that point I told them to remove my # and never call again!

2 calls today, an hour apart. no msg either time.

Just had a call from this number.  I see I'm only the second posting so the number must be new.  But the message is old -- I've had calls from these creeps before under different numbers.  This is a good illustration of how the crooks keep changing numbers to keep a step ahead.  My guess is that in a few days this page will have dozens of postings about this number.  And then the scummers will get themselves a new alias number.  Sad isn't it that this goes on?  Is there really no way to stop it?  What a world we have created!

"Voice of doom" (think the dramatic, deep voice of an "Armageddon"-type movie trailer) robocall hawking a "medical alert" system for senior citizens who could, according to the recording, "suffer death or serious life-threatening injury" because of slow response times by emergency medical personnel. Implies endorsement by the American Heart Assn. and the American Diabetic Assn. (no such group,, btw) by saying these organizations are "urging all seniors to get a personal life-saving emergency medical alert system for their home." (And guess what -- Senior Medical Advisory has one!!!)

Calling the number back gets you the recorded message all over again (this time in a friendlier yet authoritative female voice). Press 1 to speak to an agent, 5 to be removed from the list. No thanks.
