who is it!!!!   They keep calling and calling ......I just block this number with Verizon.....now lets see them call back....I dare them!!!!

I have been getting hang-up calls from the same number for weeks. Never leaves a voicemail.  I've never answered it or tried to call back.

who is this? no one spoke when I answered. do not recognize number.
