We are getting calls from this number averaging once a day. For about a week. Never says a thing. But I don't say hello more than once.

I've gotten 3 calls from this number in the past 2 days. It's a recording that says something to the effect of "We are contacting you for a special offer or for a political campaign". I have never been able to speak to a "live human". The recording states they are experiencing heavy call volume and to leave a message.
