Received on my cell. Caller ID reported: 44-127-381-1500. I did not answer. Message was left: about a minute and a half of tacky, poorly recorded instrumental jazzy music. Did somebody call me up to put me on hold? Will that call impact my bill? I'll report more if anything develops.
