This is an energy provider called Oasis Energy. The woman just called and gave me the whole speech about how much I can save, and that BGE had "preapproved me." She never once mentioned that I would be switching electric suppliers, until I asked (because we've gotten nonstop phone calls from energy companies since buying our house, despite being on the do not call list). Very misleading since she implied that it was some sort of savings program and not a switch (which wouldn't have inherently been a bad thing).
