Received call inquiring about what I felt my next major home improvement expenditure would be.  When I asked if this was a solicitation call, the caller abruptly hung-up.  My caller ID revealed the above number and the name "HV Contractors.?  My numerous attempts to call them back resulted in busy signals.  More than likely this is number is for "out-going" calls only.

Line is dead when answered. Returning call is busy.
