Get calls from this number constantly. IF I get a real person they hang up before i can ask to be taken off the call list. i even try asking their company name and they hang up. Who is this????

This number called and when i connected to a real person and asked to be taken off the list they hung up.

Got a call from this number, said it was Debt consoling and could get me a lower rate. When I let it switch me to a real person , I asked how they could get me a lower rate on my credit card when I didn't have one, they hung up.
