Received a phone call from this number. No message left.

Went to answering machine.  No message left.

Call Display shows:
 NAME = 4502310140"
 NMBR = 1-450-231-0140

As far as I'm concerned, anybody who can change their display name to be a variation of the number (that they're supposedly) calling from is a SCAMMER.  They could just as easily change it to show an actual real company name, if they were not a scammer.

I call BOGUS on this caller.
