Is there any way to stop getting these calls?

Received a call from this number on April 29th, 2013 at 12:30pm...no one on the other end, no music, no sound of any kind so I hung up.

Appel quotidien vers 13:30,  ne laisse aucun message sur répondeur.  Aucun son ou aucune tonalité lorsque je décroche le récepteur.

Don't know but received a call from this number with a looping guitar solo/tune... can't find any reference to it.
