Robo call about credit card rates

I tried the same thing,  didnt call me a name just hung up on me

Same as other posts. Upon answer machine they hang up. Once picked up call and heard a script about credit card....hung up. WILL NOW BLOCK THIS PHONE # on my phone

They called me & had my address already. I called my credit card company and they said they do not do that. They then blocked my credit card number and I will receive a new card shortly. They had too much info & it scared me. Even told the scammers that I had Life Lock. They didn't care.

I am on the DNC. Why do they keep calling!

Cannot report an invalid number to the Do Not Call complaint site.  This is a bogus number so cannot be reported.

Same as all the other reporters.  I have filed numerous complaints with the Donotcall registry about this company to no avail - they just change their phone number, then they're at it again.  Donotcall registry doesn't do anything about it, just collects data.  Your tax dollars at work (not!).

They have changed their number to 452-000-8725 but are still running the same scam.  Just hang up and then report the number to make the calls stop.

Card services telling me that my all or one of my credit cards rates will be increasing. I pressed 9 & was connected to a very noisy telemarketing center. When I asked which card, they hung up

Card Services... I tried to them this was a business and that I'd like them to put us on the do not call, but they hung up before I could complete my sentence... shady.

Caller said she was from Card Services and I am eligible for lower rates since I paid all my bill on time.Press 9 to speak to an agent. The agent came on the line and said that I was eligible for lower rates. Wanted to know my maiden name and social security number for THEIR security purposes. I then asked him which company he was with, and asked him for my  account number  as well as my name as it appears on the credit card for my security purposes, he was so startled that he hung up. This is a complete scam. They are trying to get information for people who fall for this.
Call the Attorney Generals Office and your credit card company so they know what is going on!!!!!!

These guys are a blatant scam. Please file a complaint with the FTC at this URL.

The call was a robo-message about my credit card rates which "have or will be increasing" and that I may be "eligible to reduce these rates" -- something along those lines. It said to press 9 to be connected to an agent, but I hung up.

I pressed "9", which usually gets you removed, and some rude lady answered. When I told her I was on the DNC list and told her I wanted to be removed from future calls, she called me an a***ole and hung up on me.
