Call 6:13 p.m. 8-6 - Caller ID just showed phone # without hyphens!!  Didn't answer - no message left.

You must act fast when telamarketer still on phone. Say "hold Pweeze", then take great aim, pee on phone.
He no call no more.

Same message about the FBI and security system, received same call from 307-316-7522 the day before. Does not do any good to press 2 to be removed from their call list. I keep blocking these calls but they just keep using different numbers. I have also been filing complaints with the Federal Do Not Call Complaint form for three years now but haven't seen any reduction in these daily, sometimes several times a day calls.

If anyone figures out how to get these calls stopped, I'd sure like to know.  The recorded message is talking about security systems.  It states to be put on their DO NOT CALL list to press 9.  I've done this but the calls continue.

Tips for Handling Telemarketers

   Three Little Words That Work!!
   
   (1)The three little words are: 'Hold On, Please...'

    Saying this, while putting down your phone and walking off (instead of hanging-up immediately) would make each telemarketing call so much more time-consuming that boiler room sales would grind to a halt.
   
   Then when you eventually hear the phone company's 'beep-beep-beep' tone, you know it's time to go back and hang up your handset, which has efficiently completed its task.
   
    These three little words will help eliminate telephone soliciting..
   
   (2) Do you ever get those annoying phone calls with no one on the other end?

   This is a telemarketing technique where a machine makes phone calls and records the time of day when a person answers the phone.
   
   This technique is used to determine the best time of day for a 'real' sales person to call back and get someone at home.
   
    What you can do after answering, if you notice there is no one there, is to immediately start hitting your # button on the phone, 6 or 7 times as quickly as possible. This confuses the machine that dialed the call, and it kicks your number out of their system.. Gosh, what a shame not to have your name in their system any longer!!!

How can I stop the person or people from this number (458 201-0366) to stop calling me.

Some one call me every day, some time twice a day. When I answere the phone the person hane up.

I keep a separate TEXT FILE named for each and every
number I receive these damned calls from, and then to
just add to it, most recent call at the top.

Nothing is going to happen on this, unless "EVERYONE"
continually bombards the FBI, your CONGRESSMAN,
your LOCAL TV NEWS, any and all NEWSPAPERS, etc.
I have been doing this myself, but will not continue to
be the only one doing it.  Strongly suspect that at least
the FBI has now "black-balled" my email name.  Either
that, or they simply responnd as "NOT READ," just as my
Congresswoman; Kay Granger of Texas has also done.

Security system scam. No matter how many numbers I block from this pest I still get more calls.

What is it that you are expecting the DNC to do for you?  Ever been to the DNC Register site and read about what it does and does not do?

Received a call.  We weren't home.  Left no message.  We wouldn't have talked to them either way.
Usually we pick up telephone, say nothing, they soon hang up or we do first.  Do Not Call Registry is a big
big joke.

We are elderly and in poor health and wish calls from this number to stop.  458-201-0366 was a hang up.

Called my cell phone, "The FBI reports..." yada yada yada...  This sounds like another ISI Alarms / Monotronics home alarm scam where you get locked into a 3 year contract for around $1,500+ for a simple wireless alarm system you could probably get at Radio Shack.  Thanks to JD for the rest of the information.  I pressed '1', but there wasn't anyone available to take the call.  Guess they can't make a 'sale'...

If they call you - press '1', too.  The worst thing you can do to a telemarketer is talk to them.  If they are talking to you, they aren't making sales elsewhere.  This is the ONLY way we can eliminate these robocalls, by making them unprofitable through crowdsourcing.  Every minute you talk to them, is another minute they aren't scamming someone else.  Do not give them your real name, do not say the word "Yes" under any circumstances (use 'I understand' or 'That's correct', you get the idea).  Let them go through their script.  Ask questions.  Don't feel you have to talk their entire time, silence is uncomfortable for most telemarketers, so they generally will continue giving more sales pitch.  We can't beat them by hanging up on the robodialer, but we CAN beat them by letting the real people waste their time.

Phone Number on Caller ID says "114582010366, so this number is definately spoofed, the 11 prefix means it's from an "Offshore" Account. It'll be a cold day in Gehenna before I'll answer this number!
