I have received a $9.95 charge on my account as well.  My statement says the phone number above and ID Sheild.  I am calling the number right now. They are stating this chanrge is part of the package and protection to receive information on how to obtain grants from the government.  There web site is very misleading and this may very well be a front of some sort. ANyway I cancelled this membership.

I called grants for citizens @ 866-317-9622 an 213-452-6533. I was charged 39.95 for a CD. I was then promised a packet by 11/4/09 that would have the forms I would need to apply for the grants. Needless to say I never got the package. Now, when I call the numbers all I get is busy signals. This is the biggest rip off I have ever seen. You see they did this to me 3 different times. The fee was a one time. But 3 times I was promised that the forms were mailed. Still have not recieved. I talked to a Jasmine Maierhoffer. Not sure if name was real. I have get to get my refund of 39.95 back.

These guys would not give there DBA they would not tell me who they worked for they mentioned E-Bay and a company called companion I asked for a supervisor because the retard on the ohnoe was asking for my account information e-mail and phone number. I called Chase in a panic trying to figure out what had happen it is a small amount but money I have earned honestly. I am writing the better business bureau to try and get them to go after them. Chase was some what help but today my wife went to buy school clothes for my son and the card was declined she called me in a panic because it did not work. Well after a lenghty call with Chase again they told her that someone tried take more money 697.00 well now I am closing the account and thinking about how I can trust a federally funded and insured company who quite easily let this happen and with little regard to help resolve it. Sounds like big business screws the little guy again. WaMu was pretty cool before Chase now they are part of a bigger corporation and sticking it to us. I am equally pissed at the bank. By the way my mom got hit for this scam as well.

I noticed a charge on my credit card stmnt for $9.95.  So I called this number and all I kept getting was a busy signal.  After some web searching I found this is linked to the ebay success system that I purchased for $1.95.  What they did not tell you is when you order the CD you were automatically set up to be charged an additional $39.95 and $12.95 in addition to the above amount unless you cancel the "free" trials.  Try calling 877-495-1145 and you'll be able to cancel all of the charges so they won't keep billing you.

Started on Ebay to get information about selling on that web site.  No information arrived. Instead asking for $6500.00 to start business.
Now I have been charged twice for ID Shield for $9.95 and Bonus Craigs
for $12.95.  I was charged $39.95 for booklet I was to receive on Ebay.
I have called these numbers and had them cancell everything but still
I have been charged again the next month. Other phone number is
877-387-4279.  I thought you could trust Ebay.

I was charged various charges from this company, which hides itself under several names, each one accessing your CC info for various subscriptions, each costing 9.95, 12.95 and 39.95. I had to reach the 877-402-2671 number through another access, which is 877-387-4279, connected to the same scam artists. From attempting to find government rants for my financial assistance, I was scammed out of more than $200. Now the American dream has become the American scam! Cancel your card, and call, get confirmation #s, cover your butt! These people have no business or moral conscience.

We have received several phone calls and emails from people claiming that Extract Systems took $9.95 from their bank accounts. The charges on the bank account are listed as ID Shield. While Extract Systems has a product called ID Shield, we are not the company charging your account.

ID Shield is a redaction product that is sold in a business-to-business transaction, never to consumers or individuals.

Hey so the same thing happened to me...so the ironic thing is that ID Shield is actually something to help people "Protect" their identities...yet it seems like these people got a hold of our information from someone else...I've emailed them and the like so I'll see what happens now.

This number belongs to many companies.
The company that took money from me is: Citisens4grants.com
They sell how to get grants from the government and other places.

Which they are ripping us off in that area too.  All the info they sell, my neice new for college.

They are replacing the money they took from my acct., at least that is what Samantha said.
I am still going to work with the bank, this can't happen to anyone else.

The woman who answered I could hardly understand, but got what I wanted.

GOOD LUCK
