The recorded message offered something called "e-health" coverage with "savings up to 60%." I listened to the entire message for an opt-out selection but was only offered "1" to speak with a rep or "2" to be disconnected.
So I decided to press "1" and quickly got a real person and before she could anything but "Hello, my name is..." I told her I only pressed "1" so I could ask to be removed from their call list. She said my number would be removed. We'll see.
PS. My phone number is but one in a 125+ employee company.

They call my office numerous times daily. I've pressed 0 and # hoping it would send me to a live person but it just disconnects the line.

Received numerous calls - ignored them in past - but not they are a nuisance caller - we are on the no call list but apparently these folks don't know what it means - listened to the voice message claiming they were selling health insurance - pressed button to remove us from call list and it did absolutely no d... good - lo and behold called again today

I have had this place call my office at least once a week or more and each time I call back and press the 1 to be removed from there list of places to call. They have possibly changed their identity from something else to only their phone number. If this is an Oregon power company I have no idea why they would be calling Austin, TX. I work for an insurance agent so that may also be why it hangs up.

I get daily calls on my cell phone from this unwanted, unknown recorded message caller. I've tried calling back from two separate land lines with NO LUCK. I just hang up.

You just confirmed to this scammer that a human answers & the number is good. Just watch how many more calls you start getting!
I ignored it since the number was from an area code I've never seen. If its anything legit the caller will leave a message.

This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez. They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls. They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.
This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.
