This company calls numbers on the National Do Not Call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. In addition, they play a recorded message without an operator on the line in further violation of the TCPA. When you do get to an operator, they will give the company name. After being asked several times they will provide a phone number as required by the TCPA, however, they refuse to provide a physical address as also required by the TCPA. Their recorded message claims that they have guaranteed funds in non-collateralized loans, but as they refuse to provide comply with federal law in their telephone marketing operations, you can be assured that they are just an identity theft ring or other scam. Do not provide this scammer with any information.

They call our business four to five times per day.  I have pressed #2 to get off their calling list but the automated voice continues.  I have pressed #1 to speak to a representative and the automated voice continues.  Today it took seven minutes of hanging up to disconnect because when I pressed out phone button, the automated voice continues!!!!!!!  I am going to file a complaint with the opt out folks to see if we can't get these people a fine.  I can't keep stopping what I'm doing to run to the phone for this.

stop answering these calls. marketing, if you answer they know it is a live number and they sell it....

Got a couple of calls from this number but I didn't answer.  They left no message.

WOW!  Called again at 3:22pm.  Blocked again - blocked forever.

Their call was BLOCKED BEFORE THEY ROBODIALED our number.   BLOCKED FOREVER!

We have all area codes in Washington state and Oregon BLOCKED - thanks to our Digitone call blocker.

I investigated nomorobo but was informed that at&t did not sign up for their service so I guess it is not available to everyone. and I was so looking forward to it.

Called my DNC landline on 03/10/2014 @ 02:22 PM from Eugene, OR. No message was left.
This scammer uses a CallerID4U Landline. CallerID4U is a telecom that was set up strictly to host scammers. They operate primarily from the Pacific Northwest in a revenue sharing arrangement with scammers hawking business loans and robo Rachel from Card Services.

Picked up a call blocker from www.procallblock.com and that stopped them. Great little device.

This number calls me often.
I don't know who it is and I have it go to SPAM box.
It is annoying as I get a call from this number frequently.

It is a telemarketing co that is trying to give you a business loan. They will call & hang up. Do not call them back, it seems as if it is a scam. Stay away & dont return their call....

Received call from this number but they left no message.

Pressed one. A guy pick up I ask him the name of the company he replies Biz belt. I inform him he his company is being chraged $100 for the call for using my phone for advertising as I had informed the person that answered the two previous times "ashley" called. And what could I help him with ? After all I was charging him one hundred bucks for the call. Which kind of threw him off. Then he asked me if I needed a loan. I told him no I would not even consider taking a loan at this time. Then he said that we ARE JUST WASTING EACH OTHERS TIME. So I asked him why his company has been wasting so much of my time by robo calling every day? Then he hung up.

Look people it is legitimate to charge someone for using your phone to conduct their business. But honestly the idea is for them to waste your time in the hope that you will give them money. Just be cool and play them and sooner or later they will give up Particularly under the threat of paying you money for the harassment. Don't get mad just calmly string them out on the phone as long as possible without telling them anything about you. If it ends up taking too much time for them to get x amount of dollars they will simply give up as they aren't interested in minimum wage or less.

However if they continue to call like I said it is absolutely legitimate to charge them Just keep a record of when they called and inform them each time they call the fee you are charging them is $100 or whatever you feel like charging them. Once the bill gets large enough and they have not paid turn them in to a collection agency for payment. Preferably one that sends out armed agents :-p

Mike from "Business Bounce" sent his Robot telemarketing to harass thousands phones frequently.

On Nov 6 2013,I decided to follow his Robot to talk to him.  I press 1 to pretend that I want to take a short-term loan.  THis is how the conversation went:

Mike:      This is Mike how may I help you?  (he sounded like a happy fisher)
    
Me:        Yes, what is the name of your company? (with gentle sound I played)

Mike:      Business Bound.

Me:        Business Round?

Mike:      No, Business Bounce, like bouncing the ball,

Me:        Oh I see... Are you actually lending the money or are you sending people to the 3rd party?

Mike:      No..no..no we do everything here, we lend the money and do all the marketings.
    Are you applying for a short-term loan?

Me:        No..no.. I am asking you to stop harassing this number because you've been doing that for a long time.

Mike:      No....respond, quietly he hung up his phone.. and the line got cut off.

Nobody on the other end of the line. Searched the number on google, came here and it looks like other folks have the same result. Bum call, waste of time to answer.

Call three times a day at different times, "You have been pre approved for a business loan... etc"  I am on the do not call list for telemarketers...;   Thank you Deb you did a lot of research , I will lodge a complaint as well.

You can simply block the number yourself. Add a new contact called SPAM. Each time you get an unwanted number, add it to your spam contact, then in settings selct to send their call straight to voicemail. I currently have 42 different numbers in my SPAM contact and all go straight to voicemail. Which of course they never leave a voicemail. I am now adding this number. It's just a simple and quick solution.

There was something about a business loan.  I pressed 1 to speak to someone, asked them to put us on the do not call list, and the a***ole hung up on me.

This number has called twice on my cell phone.  Verizon better come up with a good way to block all these dang numbers!
