I just got a call from that #, he wouldn't tell me his name, but asked for my boss by name.  After telling him that my boss was on leave he asked who is running the show.  I told him me and the VP.  He insisted on speaking to the VP and I wouldn't bother him with this.  I kept asking if there was anything I could help him with and he said "probably not".  (I work in a male business and I am female)  I told him that was up to him and he hung up.  What a joke!  I hate calls like that.  Waste of my time!  Why do people even bother with garbage like that?

I got a call from a Ken also, he wanted to talk to my boss, he also would not tell what the call was in regard to.  He also said for me to tell my boss that Ken was on the phone and that if I told my boss who it was my boss would take the call. Since I have worked for my boss a long time I knew better than even bother my boss with this call. I just hate these types of calls

just got a call from this number saying he was supposed to call back to the owner (gave his name) at 1:30.  said he was ken from pullman (sp).  hung up after owner didn't pick up his call.

Just called; said his name was Alan with Hackett and wanted to talk to my boss (gave her name).  I asked what it was regarding and he said collections, but then quickly said just tell her it's Alan, she'll take the call.   So I asked again, what is it regarding, and he said it's Alan, she's expecting my call.  Again, what is it regarding, Alan?  He hung up.

Why bother your boss with such garbage!?!?

Some guy...said his name was Allen & asked to speak with my boss. I asked him what company he was with, only because there's more than 1 Allen in the world (go figure), and he said Hackett.  The caller ID said "Conference" btw.  So I put him on hold, didn't bother my boss with such foolishness, and would you believe he hung up??? Oh well, maybe next time....NOT!
