called by this number, didn't answer, they didn't leave voice mail. I don't answer unknown calls, want to talk to me, leave voicemail, that's what it's for

Called my work and a friend but I've never recieved a call.  Anybody know who this is?

This number calls repeatedly and being told to stop and the person they are looking for is not here
