I am sick of this guy. He calls repeatedly about a "check fraud claim" filed against me, some payday loan scam. I have never had a payday loan in my life. Never have, never will. I am reporting this company to the Feds and the attorney general, and if they call again, I will notify the police.

I ALSO GOT A CALL FROM THIS MICHAEL MILLER HE CALL ME ON  MY JOB WHICH I TOLD HIM NEVER TO CALL ME AT MY JOB, SO I TOOK HIS INFORMATION TO CALL HIM..  I CALLED HIM BACK HE GO ON TO TELL ME ABOUT A OLD PAYDAY LOAN AND THAT HIS FIRM WAS HIRE TO COLLECT IT AND HE WILL CUT ME A BREAK IF I PAID NOW.. I RESEARCHED THIS COMPANY AND FOUND NOTHING, SO I TOLD HIM THAT HE NEED TO SEND ME A LETTER FOR VALIDATION OF THE DEBT, AND HE CLAIMS THAT THE PAYLOAN COMPANY HAS SENT ONE TO ME. I TOLD HIM I NEVER GOT NOTHING, AND THAT HE WAS JUMPING THE GUN THEY HAVE TO SEND A LETTER FIRST THEN IT WOULD GIVE ME 30DAYS TO CONTACT THEM, THEN THEY CAN START COLLECTIONS HE TELLING ME NO THAT NOT TRUE. FIRST OF ALL I HAVE BEEN IN COLLECTIONS NOW FOR 20  YEARS AND I TRAIN ALL NEW COLLECTORS AND I TEACH FDCPA AND THIS COMPANY IS NOT FOLLOWING STATE OR FEDERAL LAWS, AND IF YOU CANT EVER FIND A COLLECTION COMPANY DONT EVER PAY THEM

Received a phone call from Michael Miller with Fitzgerald Dumar & Associates.  Searched online and called 411 and cannot find a company in GA by that name.  Appears they are collecting on an old pay day loan but cannot provide me with proof of the debt (validation of debt), their address ect.  Beware.  Do NOT provide them with your information and do not pay on these "old debts".  They are scam artists.  I was advised by someone from my state dept of banking to request a validation of debt before paying anything.  If they company refuses, END THE CALL!
