The guy that is calling you his Name is Robert and he is a Collector and is BREAKING the Law with his Robocalling report him to the FTC at FTC.GOV.

they just called me and threatned me to file fraud charges against me and so i looked them up on the web and they dont even come up so i called him back and said why cant i find your company on the web and then he started to have a attitude with me and hung up this company is full of crap and besides you cant file criminal charges on a defauleted payday loan i found that out by an attourney today

I just received a call from these people and it got me wondering if someone used my name. I have been stressed out until I found this site and realized I wasn't alone. What is really going on?

FREAKING Jerks!! I was in the kitchen cooking candy for my kids school, I ran to get my phone missed the call. The voice msg said: 'Your name has come up in regards to a fraud case' then it clicked off. My name? hahaha my name isn't even on this phone! My name & this number have only been given to close friends and family. Yeah Sure it has. Something really needs to be done about these kinds of people.

Voice message left, threatening to send "papers to the local D.A.'s office" for "fraud" and I needed to call back so they could "secure a statement". What a crock.
