These people are something else. I get calls ALL the time about changing credit card processing companies, and how they'll save us so much more. Told the guy, Chris I think his name was, that we weren't interested and hung up. Less than a minute later, he calls back, claiming we got off on the wrong foot. Said he realizes that I probably get sales calls all the time, but assures me that he's not calling to sell me anything. He then proceeds to do exactly that. I listen to him for a minute, and then he starts asking about how much I do with MC and Visa. Told him that as I said before, we're not interested and please take me off their list. Again I get the whole "I'm not trying to sell you anything." I said it certainly seems like you are, I'm not interested, and I am with a customer. He tried one more time to reel me in, but I had it and said I got to go, and slammed the phone down. These calls are so annoying, and at this time of year, when we're trying to service our customers, to have to deal with these idiots is infuriating.

Just filed a complaint with Do Not Call registry attached a link to this site so they can see a lot of angry people.

So much for Do Not Call list, yet another scam. We let the answering
machine deal with it. If it persists we will report it to Feds, like it will do any good.

I am on the National and FL DO NOT CALL registries.   Since 2008 Crash, I get DOZENS of calls a week just like this one from all kinds of telemarketers.  They should be FINED.  Here's the latest: Recorded Message left:  "Do you want to advertise your business on the front page of a search engine?  Call 888-280-0233."  I called back to ask why they are violating the Do No Call mandate but could never get through -- just recorded music.   Thanks to Caller ID, I also tried calling back the actual number from which their call was placed: 480-285-2048. A man named Chris was very nice and agreed to strike it from their list. I reminded him his call was illegal and I was ticked. He said they get their call lists from another vendor and never check to see if the numbers are on the DO NOT CALL list.  They just waste MY time and violate MY rights, so I have to call them back, track them down, and ask them to do what the law says they are supposed to do in the first place.  What is the POINT of a NO call list if people do not bother using it?  Simple:  Once Chris had me on the phone, he started pitching his product!  Unbelievable! Everyone else is doing it too. Used to be you could count on the registries, but not anymore.  I am forced to stop answering my phone and just screen all calls now.

This is a fraudulent company that pretends to be legitimate to obtain information.  When I pressed who they were, the guy hung up on me.

480-258-2048 "CAP Processing" I keep telling them to stop calling but they won't. We are on the do not call list but still get several credit card processors calling our business. They all claim they will give us better rates.
I've stopped answering the calls and let it go to voice mail.

This lady "Ashley" called said she needed to talk to the person in charge of the banking aka owner I asked what it was regarding she said banking regulations prohibit her from telling me. So i said well i can't put you though to him than but i can put you though to another person on the account she was rude and tried to bully me and scream at me asking for my information to report me, very unprofessional very rude people.
