No se ingles, pero lo poco que alcanse a endenter creo que ustedes como yo fuimos victimas de estas perosonas a mi tambien me llamaron a casa, mi madre contesto y la presionaron tanto que mi madre hablo conmigo que no hiban a embargar, segun yo habia pedido unos productos y lo debia la deuda era de $897.00 , pero como no habia cumplido con esa deuda lo que me hiban a cobra eran $32,000.00 mas gastos de corte y me dieron 15 minutos para pagar esto porque sino hiban a ir con policias y hiban arrestar a todos los que estuvieran en el domicilio y a mi, hice ese pago por medio de western union yo vivo en Arizona y como vivimos en un estado que a los hispanos vivimos que mucho miedo por las leyes que estan, por eso crei todo megustaria saber que lo que hicieron ustedes porque yo no se que hacer tengo miedo y verguenza por lo tonta que fui. We too also had the same issue... Do not do not fall victim to this scam. Fake lawyer called threating to repo elderly womens posesions due to non payment of fake order of herbal meds. Julian Diz is the the name. Chandler based number...The key for them is to upset the elderly into paying...we also filled a police report.

My mother [who is of older age...wont call her elderly or i will make her mad...] received a call from the same number 480-305-0615, from a guy speaking "wierd Spanish".

He told her she had "purchased a set of books on how to learn English", and had never paid it off. Of course, my mother has never purchased such a thing, but the man continued to harrass her over the phone.
He too, told her that there was a court order to repo her belongings, and that the "FBI, the police, the sheriff and an attorney would show up at her house by tomorrow". My mother has enough sense to NOT divulge any of her personal info, but she was concerned that the man knew her address.

He did not give her his name or name of the company she "so called" "owed" this to. So my mother advised him that she was at no fault and asked him to stop calling,. The man was very agressive and even THREATENED to personally show up at her house to repo her stuff.

My mother kept her coo, and hung up and called me. She lives in Arizona....so please beware if you are an Arizona resident and get this same call!

This is DISGUSTING and a brutally ignorant way to scam senior citizens. Just thought I would share, in case anyone else comes across this site with the same issue....I already placed a complaint with the FCC and she called her local police department.

That is exactly what happened to me about 2 hours ago, This so called lawyer called speaking Spanish and said my Mother had purchased 700 dollars worth of crap herbal stuff that I've never heard of about a year ago and she never payed for it (my mother is elderly and doesn't even know how to use her visa card) and that because of that we owed them 22,000 dollars in interest and that our house was going to get raided by the "repo people" and the cops wouldn't help us because they had a court order hahaha and If we resisted we were going to be sent to "a dungeon" I loled. This person is a dumb Scammer. Don't be fooled by this nonsense. p.s. they said that they would show up within 2 hours and they so far they never showed up.

Today we recieved a call from a guy saeiyng that he a lawyer and hes going to put a lien on us because my husband own some money on some stuff that he never buy, and that at 2 pm this people will be at our house with the police, the problem here is that my husband is a sick person and get all upset and nervous about this call
