The company that everyone is complaining about is called Atlas Supply they are located in Tempe, AZ. We have had many harrasing calls from them for about a year now on and off. They call our business asking for the owner and demanding his cell #, when refused they curse and become very vulgar, and often call 3 or 4 times after that just to bother us! Please call the Maricopa County Attorney General's Office, the Federal Trade Commision and Qwest Telephone company (thier phone provider) to put a stop to this company and thier unlawful actions!!! We have already done so, and they are all aware of this company, the more that complain,the more action that will be taken to stop them. People and thier business should not have to be harrased by these crooks!!!

The person who called from this number was absolutely the rudest person I have ever encountered.  No matter what "Rex" says,  you can believe all the other people's complaints as legitimate.

This guy is terrible.  He is rude adn offensive.  He calls and calls and calls.  Say's he will f*ing kill us and our familiys if we don't give out the cell # of the owner. When the owner did talk to him because I got sick of the offensive language, he said I was rude and should be fired! What the heck si wrong with this guy?  By the end of it, there was two guys on the line both laughing and saying very nasty things about women in general.

I have gotten sworn at and threatened by these jerks on several occasions.  I have called the FBI in Arizona and will call my local FBI branch (pa) when they open again Monday.  I urge everyone who gets threats of physical harm to call the FBI as well. Arizona's branch has them on the radar now, and they are waiting for a call from my local office.  I have told the FBI the depth of harassment they have caused many people (I urged them to google the phone # to see these websites).  Because of the threat of harm and crossing state lines, it is a federal issue.  Please please give your branch a call if you are harassed!  If they get enough complaints maybe we'll get somewhere.

Thank you to all who responded to my post yesterday.  Unfortunately, my cell phone is down right now due to non-payment.  I should have it back up soon.  In the meantime, if you want us to stop calling just place a bogus order with the rep who calls you from this number.  Before we ship any orders our shipping director will call back to verify.  When he calls let him know you want to be taken off the list and never want to be called again.

They are aware of these scums, and are just waiting for someone to report a bodily threat, as that will allow the police dept to take action!!!! good afternoon all, I am a father of a child that this a**hole hired to hand out flyers for his Gym, the Gym is call Snap fitness, it is located in Queen Creek Arizona, well to get to the story , my son passed out flyers for this man for a full day , about 8 hours , upon returning from passing out these flyers Rex refused to pay my son for a full days work, so he payed him $20.00, for qa full day ( thats a full day), $ thats $2.00 an hour, Shady dishonest man, I have heard he treats his clients this way, what a cheap bastard, this will catch up to him one day and my son will be there to see it, put this guy in jail!!!!!!!!!!!!

This guy keeps calling me.  I have never been dealt with so rudely on the phone even when I try to remain polite.  I dont even own a construction business or anything related to that.  After I told him this, one of his co-workers got on the phone, (sounded like the manager) and told me that I sucked at MY job!

extremely rude sales rep.  Says he is from Altas Contractor Supply.  Uses profanity.  Insulting.  Asked to be removed from phone list, he got very hostile.

Still keeps calling to try to sell me equiptment I'm not interested in even though I've asked him over a dozen times to stop calling. Tells me he's going to keep trying indefinately. Would love to get a real name.

The caller from 1-480-345-7827 threatened "to kill me".  The name of caller is unknown, reason for call is unknown.  Just keeps calling again and again.

This Idiot is from a front company called Atlas Supply, and also shooting star I believe, he's rude and has a foul mouth, calls all the time, we have never bought anything and never will, and dont you either, but if you really want to Tick him off, order a bunch of stuff, have him put it on a 30 day open accout and when it comes to your house, dont accept it, they will have to send it back and he has to pay for the shipping, then see what kind of phone call you get, if everyone did this he would go away.

I have been reading these over and over again. It took me 175$ worth of *57 on our home phone to put enough traces out on this incoming restricted # to find out it was 480-345-7827. My story is no different, except I have involved the police. I live in NH, these people live in Arizona. I was smart about it, and recorded this person telling me he was going to rape me, cut me in peices, and throw me in my back yard to be fed to deer and ants. Regardles if I feared for my life or not. In all actuallity, most of you should know once harrassment over the phone crosses state lines, it's a capital offense. Therefore the FBI are now involved. What you say is true, this person obtained your # because he simply wants to sell things, but as a hard working American whos phone line is utilized as a business phone, and pays thousands of dollars a year to run ads in the local and yellow pages.. I will not tolerate someone tying up my phone line, threataning me when I come home from a 60 hour work week. I'm Thankful you guys care enough to even report it, but to someone who truly knows the magnitude of these threats, I think we should come together and punish this bastard. I'm furious if you couldn't tell. Take your power back. You want some little b***h in a hole in a wall job to have this kind of effect on you and allow him to get away with it, while he gets paid your american dollars to do so... My god, yes it's a free country but it shouldn't be that easy..
