Caller ID says Stream Global Services. From Wikipedia one finds this:
Stream Global Services (formerly known as Global BPO Services Corp.),[3] provides BPO services for Fortune 1000 clients,[4] with more than 37,000 employees in 22 countries[5] in 50 contact centers; it currently manages more than 100 million voice, e-mail, and chat contacts a year.[6] The footprint of the company includes countries across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America, Middle East and Africa delivering service in over 35 languages [7].
A big operation - part of Corporate America - aka nowadays as the government, so there's no point in trying to do anything about them. Just don't answer the phone.

Everyday, at least once. They hang up, do not leave message. They are in violation of do not call laws.

They call multiple times a day all week long. Never leave a message. I am going to report them, which is a waste of time. Nothing will become of it. Just because they are AT&T, they will get away with it. They pay off all of the flea bag politicians, etc.

480 707-5300 called today around 3:00 PM. Caller ID says STREAM GLOBAL but I called the number back and it turns out it is A T & T Uverse. I was able to leave a voice message requesting that they stop calling and indicating that I consider their unwelcome call to be a Do Not Call violation, which I will of course report.
