Take your scam and peddle it somewhere else Pr(i)ck, uh, I mean Dick.  If you advertised it like normal companies do and people wanted it, they would call you.  Instead, since it's a scam, (otherwise you wouldn't be doing it), you're too lazy to get a real job so you go to the extreme and try and intimidate people by calling them over and over.  The only thing you're doing is making a bad rap for yourself.  People aren't stupid and catch on to a scam pretty quick.  If this wasn't a scam and is such a "good deal" people would be falling all over themselves to get a hold of you.  Since it's not a "good deal" (at least going through you), people are avoiding it but you don't take the hint and continue doing it the way you are, (all wrong).

I get these phone calls repeatedly almost every day, any time of day or evening.  I usually don't bother to answer if I don't recognize the caller on the caller ID, but in desperation I did answer a couple of times, politely requested they remove my number from their list.  Both times I was assured this would happen, but it hasn't and they keep calling.  What can be done to stop it?  This is absolutely harassment.

got another call today from a guy trying to find out what my electric bill was.  finally picked it up because this number is calling all the time and I am ignoring it.  I asked his name, but he gave me a fake name I am sure.  Said he was thinking about getting solar for his home, I already told him I have it.  He gave the name as Jim Call which sounds pretty weird to me.  said he would call again but the next time I won't answer....

Calls from this number just ring........never a voice message.......just a hangup.  This is really getting old and tiring.

New line - They want to talk about the flyer in my utility bill on how I can save 30% on my monthly bill. Guess what - no outside company puts a flyer in your utility bill - I just told them I'd read the flyer then call them back if I had any questions and hung up.
This whole concept that is being pushed down our throats of "going green" was a thesis that a college student wrote for a degree program and pushed into some Senator's hands as "Hey, would you look at this". In many industries that are being pushed into this concept the project price increases average 20% to 40% - It ruins small business.

I have never used Payday loans in my life, how do they get the authorization to call.
For me I've had it with this s*** heads pardon my last, NOW I'M GOING TO INFUS THE TELEPHONE COMPANY THAT ALLOWS THIS CRAP,  I PLAN TO CANCEL MY BUSINESS AND KEEP TO MY CELL PHONES ONLY, THIS WILL HAVE AN OUT COME.

I have had several call from this number and no one responds on the other end when I answer..

Now they are calling as the GREEN UTILITY COMMISSION, I hung up on them both times. They have called twice in the last ten days. The DNC list is bypassed by random computer generated calls.

That is great news on Abode Air.  I was pleased to hear the Arizona Attorney General took action.  Another annoying telemarketer is Adobe Carpet Cleaning in Phoenix.  They were cited by the FCC in 2007 and 2009 for violations of the TCPA, "do not call" rules.  I hope the Arizona Attorney General goes after them too.

Contact the Attorney Generals Office, and complain, we got calls from ABODE AIR and they were just shut down it said in the paper last week, they also continued to call and were very respectful when told we were on the dnc list, but never stopped, the Atty Gen Office revoked Abode Air's contractors license.  That is who I contact after three calls with a complaint.

Called from this number by Going Green Solar, a particularly persistent and irksome telemarketer who calls and calls and calls and calls despite inclusion in the Do Not Call registry and despite repeated requests to stop.

They called 5 times so far in the last six days, they are aggressive. It is Going Green of Phoenix claiming that they are checking to see if you as the homeowner qualify for federal tax credits for making your home more green. My number is on the federal "Do not call" list, they have called many times before from other phone numbers. They have been asked by me repeatedly to stop calling me, place me on their do not call list, remove me from their databases but it just doesn't happen. They have been calling my number on/off for about a year.  Each caller save one, claims ignorance and claims to resolve the matter for me. Someone needs to sue them for telephone harrassment, violating the federal laws, etc....just to get them to wake up. I told them so. It will probably go in one ear and out the other yet again.
