This number,  VBA NEA 482-596-6536 AZ, along with a sizeable sum was listed on my credit card in Feb of 2012.  Upon a little further investigation...we were told by our Credit Card company that this is not the first complaint against this "company"....supposedly an insurance company.  If you find this on your credit card statement.....immediately call them and have it removed, then ask for a new CC number.  This is definitely a fraudulent charge.
