It is a collection agency.......the lady they call looking for is not even me and they say I owe 7.32 to centerpoint energy......In which I have never used Centerpoint......yes it is a collection agency

This is First Point Collections. For me they were trying to collect an old debt from my ex husband for Verizon Wireless. The lady I spoke to was VERY nice and explained that they have an automated system that dials the numbers. I told her that most people screen their calls and don't answer from numbers they don't know and callers who do not leave a message. She was very understanding but unfortunately there isn't much she can do. She is just doing a job like most of the rest of us. I do agree however that the company should not simply call and hang up without leaving messages and that companies like this do in fact harass people to collect debts - -  sometimes debts the people no longer owe or never had anything to do with... Good Luck to those who are receiving calls from this number... I hope that you get them to stop calling... believe me I know just how annoying it can be.

Called and asked for an individual unknown to me.  I refused to say if this was their number unless they identified their company.  They refused to do so.

Yesterday, early saturday morning I received a call from this number 501 975 3303, very wired women call saying that they were calling from scs, does anyone have any idea what the f*** is that? They sounded very wired, and didn't want to answer any questions??? but said that that I should check the mail for an address where I don't even live at, because "they had important businesses for me to take care of????? what the f*** are they talking about ? who are these people, can someone stop this non sense thing? how do they get one's name and phone number?

Complaint Description:
I have received 4-5 calls from the number 501-975-3303. The last being today at 4:32pm. They call early Saturday mornings as well as times I am working. I have called back three times and the customer service rep (if I could even call them that) and they are so rude. The first time I called a gentlemen was telling me I owed some money, I said that it was a disputed issue and he went off on me telling me that my dispute reasons were wrong and that he knew more than me. He asked me how old I was! I asked what does age had to do with it? How old do I sound? It just was absurd. I asked for his manager and she conveniently was busy. I called back and got the manager's name and left a vm with how awful I was treated and that I was asked my age. I never received a call back to apologize. I received another call today and called back. I had to verify my social security #, I said no. I have no idea why they need that. She refused to talk to me. I asked her who I was talking with and she said, "FCS" and I asked in regards to what and she said she can't tell me if I don't verify my ssn. Then she hung up. This is ridiculous! I have never heard of a company treat someone like this.

First off, an apology. Second off, something needs to be done with how they conduct business. If you google, 501-975-3303 - take a look at all the complaints. It's unreal. Something must change and someone must intervene.

This phone number is for First Collection Systems, a dba that belongs to a company called International Computer Systems. They are located in Little Rock, AR. They are a collection agency and apparently do a lot of work with public utiity companies.  Their real phone number is 1-800-844-2036. I called this number , ask for the Director of Collections and was put through to a very nice lady named Bernadine. I told Bernadine that I would not veryify a Social Security number but if she would tell me what she had under my name, the company and the amount, I would verify if it was my bill. She did this and it turned out to be gas utility bills for a vacant rental property that I owned in another town, 300 miles away. The bills had been mailed to the wrong address for seven months before I sold the property and discontinued gas service. When I did discontinue the service, the gas company turned the bills over to FC Services.  I contacted the gas company directly and paid the amount due them directly.  The entire amount was $180.47.  (The gas company could not tell me why they had not discontinued service for non-payment during this seven months.) FC Services seems to be a legitimate company but their tactics certainly stink.

a man from fsc call me with a wrong  social security and ask me was that my number i told him no and he wanted me to give him my number i said no.he  would not give me no information on what company this was.  i hang up on him.

Who is this number?  They speak so quickly I do not know what is being said. If a company cannot identify themselves, I am not calling back

this is the third time this number has tryed to call me. Every time i answer the phone no one will say any thing.

I got a call from this number and the woman talked so fast that I didnt even understand a word she said...she said she had VERY important papers on her desk for me and that it was very important that I call her back...I am NOT calling her back and she should NOT be calling my cell phone number!  I'm on a DO NOT CALL list and everytime those jacknuts call my cell phone, they use my minutes.  There should be a law against that!

This is a collection call from First Collection Services. They were representing Center Point Energy in my case.
We moved and never got a bill so the claim was legitimate. Paid it and everything seems to be on the up and up.

I had a guy call my cell phone number on 11-11-08at about 8:35pm and he asked for me by my first and last name, I asked him May I ask who is calling, he replied Brian, I ask Brian who?  and what is this call about?  He stated an important business matter, I asked from what company, he stated it does not matter and is this ******, I stated no, but it was me.   He said is this ******* because we have her last 4 of her social, and he stated the last 4 of social, I stated this is not ****** he replied Oh well I must have the wrong number.   I really want to know how this person who can not tell me what company he represents and relay important information about me, recieved my cell number and other information.   I am really concerned with the fact this person can contact me with vital information and not give me the information asked such as what is this matter in reference to, what company are you with?

I got a call today from this number and the lady, if I can call her "lady" was abrupt and rude... I had to hang up on her. Don't bother picking up the phone.

when i asked who was calling they were rude and hung up the phone. called back and asked for supervisor who did the same thing.

i've been receiving mail  with my last name but wrong first name for a while
today.. This lady called and asked for me by my last name and ask me to verify if i were that person with the last name as she refuse to Identify herself  except just to say this is FC services  finally i said yes this is Mr. blank she asked me to verify the last four digits of my social security. Now who in their right mind would do that.  flat out i told her no. Her response we have your ss# fine we will call back tomorrow.  Do i really care?  No, but i don't like harrassment.  Thanks for the info on these guys  Court will suit them just right.

The guy had a southern accent and he kept asking for a business name.  When I asked what he wanted he said it was a business matter.  I asked what or who he was looking for and he wouldn't answer. Then he hung up.

Caller ID said "Business Office". This is our home phone.....

i'm not sure who this was but i am also registered under the do not call list and this phone number appeared on my phone. A man left a message and it was hard to understand him but this is the number he left on my voice mail:

They called the wrong person this time!  I reported earlier that their number comes up as "Business Office".  I work in the telephone industry and I did some more tracing.  This number belongs to F C Services.  They are ICS dba F C Services / First Collection Services / First Collection.
