These people are harassing me!!! I have asked to be placed on their do not call list however continue to receive calls. I am about to file a complaint with the FCC. They are kidding themselves if they think they are going to annoy people into using their services.

These people call all hours of the day and half the night... on the weekends its even worse. Nobody ever responds, its usually silence or an annoying ad for insurance.

I just received a call from this number but they never did leave a message.  I attempted to call back the following day, but no answer.  After finding this page I've decided to put a block on this number /w my local telephone company.  DO NOT PICK UP THIS CALL.

HBW TELE --- This is another one  of those telescammers out of Oregon that tries to sell you anything. Don't even answer these creeps!

Every day, once or twice a day, I get a call from this number.  If I answer, there is nothing on the other line.  If you call the number back, it asks that you leave your number if you want it removed, but that it is a service for mortgages....

These people are the scum of the earth. They robot dial masses of people and abuse them by causing them to drop what they are doing and answer what appears to be a telephone call. Many times they just want to see if a person answers to validate the number and then hang up. They may follow up with more abusive solicitations and/or sell you phone nuymber to other high pressure salemen or con-artists.

I've been getting calls at least twice daily from this number for a couple of weeks. It registers as "Out of Area" on my caller ID. My phone rings only three times every time they call. I have no idea who/what it is.

Keep getting calls (daily) from this #. Don't answer back or leave msg, just hangs up.

I keep getting a call from this number, and when I answer no one says anything. Also when I call the number back you don't get anyone. I get a call everyday from this number. It is spooky

My mom and I kept getting this phone call (503-383-1105, Salem, OR) for 3 years. It was my neighbors(82 years old mother and her over 60 years old son) that was calling us all the time. I heard it from someone in the past, that anyone can dial any phone numbers on their cell phones and I don't know how they do that. Only evil people know how to do it. Whenever my mom and I get home from the store, they called us immediately at this phone number and hang up on us all the time. That is how we know it was them. They will never change and they will continue harrassing us all the time.

Received a phone call from this number. The caller left no message.

Just received a call from this # 503-383-1105 at 10:59 am Central time on March 5, 2010. I did not answer. Tried all my reverse searchs. Just came up as a land line/unpublished in Salem, OR., Marion County. Latitude 44.95 Longitude -123.05. I have a pay per minute cell phone. It is unusual that I get these kind of calls.

I called HBW today and had them add my number to their do not call list. Thank you for providing the corporate information- they call daily and drive me crazy.

Get a call often from them. Twice today. Picked up both times. Only says Salem OR on the Caller ID. The first time they hung up. The second time it was just silence.

Got a Blank call. Called the number and it is for Insurance quotes.  Asked them to remove me from caller list.

i was wondering who this number belonged too also. every day at night i get a call from this number 5033831105. now i am glad to know that i am not the only one so i will stop wondering. :)
