I'm glad to hear others received calls from this number, and at around the same time I did.  I didn't answer, but it came in around 6pm.  It is now 11pm and I just listened to the message.  It was garbled and kind of creepy sounding.  At least I know it's not someone who knows me personally.

I received a call from this number around 6pm on Sept. 26. I didn't answer and they left a garbled message. It was actually kind of creepy sounding.  The caller ID just said, Unavailable.

This appears to be a customer satisfaction survey, just like the recording says.

Info Quest is a call center that does follow-up calls for many different companies.  Probably got my number because I gave it to a business which uses this service to help track "total customer satisfaction".

I'd be more satisfied if they wouldn't bother.  When a vendor or service provider has done a good job for me, I tell them.  When they fail to meet my expectations, I tell them.  I don?t generally answer any questions from a call center when I didn't place the call!

Called twice this morning, no one there when answered.  When I called back, I got this message:


"All of our agents are busy assisting other customers. This is a follow up customer satisfaction call. If you need further assistance, please call (954)427-4504."

I got this call too. I decided to not pick it up though because I did not recognize the number.

They just called me at 6:30pm....hmmm

keeps calling i call back alway's busy

my husband is getting the same phone call. it calls him and calls and he doesnt answer but he he calls back and the line is busy. it states that it is a land in in saint helens, or. who the heck is this???

I started getting calls from this number two nights ago. First call time was 7:00pm, next day it was 7:45pm. No messages and when I call back it is busy. Going to try to block with my cell phone provider.

Same situation here. I keep getting called from this number but it is always busy and no message is ever left. Hopefully someone will get the call fast enough to figure out who this mystery caller is - it is pissing me off.
