Called and hung up for me too! I live in Oregon and it's a Portland area code where I was born and raised so I thought maybe it was someone I knew. I googled the number and this forum popped up. Scam I guess

Same deal.  Called for one ring.  
My guess is this is how they are getting around the "do not call list". Because when you call back, you are calling them.

It called me last night & it's "reward redemption" selling $100 rebate cards. I chose #2, "do not call". Idiots. I'm ALREADY on the do-not-call list. I filed a complaint.

Called me but i never answered. if its a phone # to me i never pick up unless they leave a voice mail, usually its one of my friends that got a new phone or something.

This number has called me multiple times over the last week or so. I have never answered and they have never left a message.

This number has called a few times but I don't answer it because I don't recognize it. They leave message. But vant leave a message because they usually only let it about 1-2 times. Weird.

Called my cell - pretty much one ring and then nothing. Didn't even reach voicemail.  Area code is northwest Oregon.

Called, rang once and then stopped.  It's a 503 number so you couldn't automatically be charged for the callback, unlike the 473 area code Grenada scam (which I fell for once but fortunately T-Mobile removed the charges from my account).

Called, no message.  My research finds it is a VOIP phone in Wilsonville Oregon.  No name unless I pay money.

I got a call from this #...phone rang once and then they hung up.  I didn't bother to call back; I've heard of scams recently where you call back & automatically get charged $20.

This number called and hung up after one ring. My husband called back because he thought he had hung up on them & we were waiting for an important call. Got an automated message about interest in a free offer...
