Called both phone numbers I have.  They listened as I said hello but said nothing then hung up.  Caller ID says Northwest Devel, I'm assuming that's Developement but can't find anyting in Oregon named that.

Just received a call from this number. Reported to the Do NOt Call Registry. I think them for the phone number.
