Same thing.  I thought maybe it was a sales agency, but when I returned the call, it had a recording indicating that it was disconnected or no longer in service.  Next time I will answer it to see who it is........

I get several calls from this number everyday. They don't leave messages. I have called them with a disconnected result. I have several Wells Fargo accounts and probably would have given them information if they had some information about me. Thanks for the heads up! I won't be cooperative with them if I end up actually talking to a person in the future.

I just received a call from this number 503-641-6501 at 8am in the morning waking everyone up in my house then the A$$holes didnt leave a message. And when i went on the web to find out who the hell was calling me from oregon and found this website. Everyone is saying its wells fargo but i have NO contact with wells fargo no car loan, no bank, no credit card, no mortgage, NOTHING I would never use wells fargo if it was the last bank in the world... So sounds like a scam to me...................

It is Wells Fargo.  I have a home mortgage with them - two in fact - and they were calling to remind me I was 4 days late.  Thanks Wells Fargo!  They never left a message and when I called this # back it was disconnected.  So that is why I rejected all calls.  What a bunch of tools!  I would recommended contacting them.  That kind of practice is certainly unprofessional and frustrating.

I've received 8 calls from these folks in the last four days.  I'm in practice of not answering if I don't recognize the caller ID but after four calls with no message, I decided to do a little investigating and learned that many of you are on the receiving end of the same harassmenet.  There have been two calls this morning, one just moments ago -- FINALLY someone was on the other end and asked for "Vincent" whom I do not know.  The lady on the other end was pleasant and apologized for the inconvenience.  We'll see if it continues.  I plan on filing a complaint with the FTC.  Thanks all for the head's up -- misery loves company.

SAME THING--FINALLY SOMEONE WAS ON OTHER END--THEY ARE CALL CENTER, LAZY ONE AT THAT, FOR WELLS FARGO. THEY CALL--AUTO DIALER--THEN WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER THEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO ANSWER. ANYWAY THEY ARE LAZY ASSXXXX, I WANTED TO TALK TO SUPERVISOR--THEY SAID THEY HAD NONE--I SAID THAT WAS EVIDENT. I SENT EMAIL TO THE CEO OF WELLS FARGO, AND AM CANCELLING ALL ACCOUNTS. CALLED 25 TIMES--WITH NO ONE THERE.

I just got a call from the same number.  No message...  I decided to look it up and found this site.

I just received a call from this number and they did not leave a message, and went to type it in to find out who it is and came across this info. Thanks to everyone for the heads up as I have an account with Wells Fargo and probably would of given the information to make a payment over the phone thinking that it must of got lost in the mail. If they call again I will know how to handle it.

I've gotten 3 calls on my cell early in the day. No messages left. I didn't answer - as I type this I got a 3rd call! weirdness! again no message left!

I was lucky enough to get 2 calls from them...One on my home phone (unlisted) as well as my cell phone within a minute apart.  I have never given my home number out...Heck, I don't even know it off the top of my head. I tried to call it back and received the not in service message too. I tried to answer my cell but there wasn't anyone there. The ID showed Beaverton, OR and I answered because I know a few people in that area.  I find it odd that they got both my cell and home within a minute.  Oh well...

starting getting these calls yesterday, memorial day as well.  One caller ID does display "wells fargo bank" with this number.  The others with the the identical number reflect "oregon".  What happened to the days of an honest days work instead of trying to screw people out of their money illegally.

He could only answer questions on my normal billing statement but nothing else about my loans. I asked why they are open on Memorial Day and it choked him up, he replied with "the call center is open today." It seems that someone got my bank statement as I did not recieve one this month. When I called back the number said it is no longer in service.

ok is fraud called Verizon not a working # at all they are working on it at their end and I called the federal trade commission if you get calls from these guys I know its a pain but call the federal trade commission and file a complaint the # is 1-877-382-4357. they will work on this when there is enough complaints about this # So please call to stop these fraud type of calls and help out the old person or unsuspecting person that has no idea and gets taken :)

503-641-6501 is regerstered to these to people ...the phone carrier is verizon (they will be contacted next :) not that verzion is at fault. these people just have the phone there

Ok Same here... I am so mad right now....Calls started late night 3 right in a row about 20 minutes apart...and then today at 8:30 but they keep calling calls about 10 minutes apart and called about 5 times right in a row so far. They leave no message on our machine and when I picked up there was no one there saying anything. Makes me mad even more because my Hubby is a Cop and works midnights ...he was trying to sleep but it woke him up several times now.
Wrong house to do that with. He is now on the phone with his buddies in detectives :) and taking the next steps :)

same senario, receive a call from this number around 8:00a.m., but no one answers.  Try to call back and the number is not in service.  What could someone possibly gain by this?  Way too busy for this crap.

We receive at least two calls a day.  I pick and there is no response.  I have called the number back as mentioned by other and get the same message that the number is no longer in service.  If the answering machine picks up there is no message left.  This is getting real old.

I have the same issue with this number

Whoever this is hangs up before I get a chance to answer...and always calls around 8:00 in the morning.  When I call back it says the number has been disconnected and is no longer in service.

I tried also to file a complaint on donotcall.gov, but the online complaint form process would not accept my complaint because the Oregon phone number is not in their system.
