Well we have been getting a number of these calls by an automated system that does not remove your number from their system when you press the appropriate number; rather it hangs up and sometime the next day work is interrupted again. Given this is a critical care line for those that need help and tying it up could cause people in duress more problems; I called the number back and it seems to be a collection agency. The person answering identified her employer as Convergent Outsourcing. Due to the nature of our business if we knew where to find someone they were calling for we could not give that information out but they asked anyway.  I was told that the number would be removed from their system and we should not get any more calls.

same thing happened to me

I have received this call twice now.  It's a female robotic recording from "Kelly Smith" asking for Vincent E. Farina.  Then she gives options to either put the call on hold, answer if you are Vincent, or press 4 if you are not.  I hung up, I don't know what would happen if I press 4.  Maybe I will next time.

They are a bill collector.

Just got the same call as all the others i think this must be a SCAM

i got this call at my parents house, asked dirre4ctly for me as if it was a collections, my parent hung up. but this is sure annoying.

I phoned this number back from my work phone. After the auto attendant answers and leaves you on hold for a few minutes, a female voice answered "Convergent Outsourcing (or Convergence - hard to fully decifer with accent) this is Lilliana? how may I help you?"  When I asked why they keep calling my cell phone, she asked what my number was, I was slow to answer and when I did, the line was disconnected.  This phone number comes up Castro Locksmith located in Portland, OR.  The same company name is listed multiple times with various addresses/phone numbers.

This number has phoned me twice using an auto dial system. When answered you hear a female voice recording stating that Kelly Smith needs to speak with (your name here). You are told to select 1 if you are that person, 2 to schedule the call for later or 3 if you are not that person.  If you do select one, the system claims to put you on hold and all you hear is dead air for however long you are willing to wait.  Number shows up in reverse look up both as a land line and a cell located in Portland, OR
