12.29.08 @ 5:52 p.m. (ET). Voice recording said to press "1" to speak to a live operator for information on how to lower "your" credit card interest rate. When operator came on the line I informed her to remove my (cell) phone number from her company's data base. She replied, and I quote: "I want you to have a bad day."
