I too had several calls with no response/hang ups from this number.  Caller ID reported call from Bellingham, MA. Googled number reported it as an unpublished landline from the Blackstone area serviced by "Level 3 Communications, LLC". This is a company that operates one of the largest communications and Internet backbones in the world, and its customers are large cable, telephone, & internet providers.  Perhaps a clue on who the call was from?  ie: Marketing??
