I received a call from 510-720-5250 with caller ID OKLDMN-PD,CA. I didn't answer and there was no message. I couldn't find the number in a search, but did a search for the ID and found that it appears to be a Chinese calling card company eCallChina.

Some gambling related hotline. Always leaves a message which is just a recording. Varies due to which sports season it is, football, baseball whatever. I've been getting calls from these people from random numbers all over the US for about 2 years. Each time I enter the number in my phone book under a not so nice name, but it's quite rare for them to use the same number twice. They call on average once a month.
I've never answered one of these calls so no idea what happens if you do.
