Got a call from this number. Unable to return the call.  Left threatening messages and called spouse.  Then when called back to a 800 number, they never heard of me.  Seems like a scam.  Seems like an attempt to 'scare' people into paying a debt they don't owe.  People should NEVER give anyone calling on the phone personal information.  Instead request they mail you information and validate the debt.  Lord knows there are a lot of scams. The threats of there being a claim against you or charges pending are threats intended to scare people into paying off illegitimate or long settle debts.
